The staff is top notch, and they are CLEARLY supported by management to put the customer first. Beautiful hotel, incredible design and the BEST location in Athens’ gorgeous suburb of Kifissia. I travel to Athens often and for decades, and have stayed in many 5-star hotels: NO OTHER hotel is better value than Semiramis. The remodel of the pool and bar area is STUNNING. BRAVI to owners, management and all staff! Hospitality the way it should be.

No coffee machine in the room and no option to get a coffee before 7 am . Then it costs 5 euros to get it to the room. Cup of tea 7.7 . For 5 stars hotel as it says it is ridiculous.

The weird lack of a way to effectively communicate hotel rooms (they use stickers) led to annoyance after the first day. At least give each room a name related to the sticker. Something. The rooms are in need of a refresh, hopefully they will follow the restaurant update that was just completed. Staff was friendly and efficient. Food was good.

I love this hotel. The staff took great care of me after losing my wallet and my phone I'm Santorini, gave great restaurant recommendations and helped facilitate a number of things for me to get back on track.

We have stayed here a few times. Unfortunately they were doing some construction down by the pool so it was quite noisy during the day. We really like the four rooms on the top floor.
