Avis beach 15 minutes walk to Kamari, bus to Thira every hour but why bother. Can see lovely sunrise every morning because first flight at 6 WILL wake you up. Adequate breakfast but bad normal coffee. Clean room wih comfortable bed. Shower no curtain, hardly dripping hot water, toilet way too small even for asian size. Overall well hosted and managed but need some basic hardware investment.

Very nice resort. It was a nice distance from the Kamari beach strip. The hotel did not take the credit card until the end of my stay which I thought was odd. The staff were very friendly. Place was clean.

Excellent place, great view and location. Just want to stay forever there.

So many lovely touches made this holiday a joy! Beach towels ready in a bag, a choice of pillows, luxurious toiletries, beach sunbeds included, water already in eth fridge. The breakfasts were really good: so much choice and delicious breads. Overall the feel is one of quality and a generous welcome. We loved it.

Great location, clean, comfortable rooms.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect, beachside location. We loved everything about our stay here, our room opened directly onto the beach and was equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. Yiannis and his staff were outstanding and really helped make our holiday memorable. we are already planning another visit. Great location for exploring the island and close to several lovely restaurants. Food in hotel - especially breakfast - was very good.

Our Beach Suite had amazing views of the sea and only 2 steps from the private sun terrace onto the beach. The staff were very friendly. The swimming pool was much bigger than it looks in the photos. The restaurant served amazing food including an a la carte breakfast. Highly recommended.

방 자체는 깔끔한 모텔느낌. 바다 바로앞에있고 사진이랑 똑같음. 공항이랑 차로 10분도 안걸리고 근처 레스토랑을 가든 어디든 비행기소음이 간헐적으로 큰편인데 귀마개준비되어있음. 예민하지않은 편이라 금방 익숙해져서 수면에 방해될정도는 아니었음. 바다말고는 볼거리나 기념품샵도없어서 마지막날 묵기 좋았음

The property was on the beautiful beach. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Yiannis and his staff were very warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable.

It was not an enjoyable experience, not child-friendly at all.Weather was cold ,most of shops and restaurants were closed or empty.

The location was incredible! Quiet, relaxing, amazingly beautiful. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

Staff was very friendly. Location was great, right on the beach. Food was homemade and delicious! Breakfast was full of traditional Greek food and variety of other foods to choose from. We all looked forward to breakfast:). Yanni, thank you very much for surprising us with our accommodation upgrade. My daughters will be forever remembering Sigalas!!! Fantastic stay overall:)))))

Cozy family owned hotel. Clean rooms with sea view. Sea villas are really amazing. Good breakfast and great lunch menu. Unfortunately this hotel is very close to the airport and the airplanes are flying direct over the hotel and the sun beds on the beach (2 times / hour), they were so close and loud that we needed to keep are hands over our ears. Better during the evening/night though and it didn’t affect our sleep. Sun beds on the beach was included, which was nice and only 5 min walk to the other beach walk restaurants and the small village.

The property had great amenities. Pool and right on the beach. However, the landing strip for the airport is on one side of the hotel so the plane noise was HORRIBLE! The sheets on the bed were like sleeping on paper. Those are my only two complaints.

A really lovely hotel. Right on the beach, easy to get to and lovely and quiet. Fantastic food and very well maintained! Would certainly visit again!

Friendly staff. Lovely beachfront location. Very clean room. Charming sea view balcony’s very close to the airport just 7 minutes but with that comes some air traffic. Double bed is a bit cozy for 2 adults.
