Fabulous stay thank you, loved the buffet, all the pools and areas were spotless. Had a lovely time

Had an amazing holiday with the family here. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and always smiling. There are events throughout the day with entertainment and music. The food is absolutely delicious and that is coming from a picky eater. There seems to be everything for everyone, from gym, to pools, game room, mini golf and many others. I will strongly recommend

Wir waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter für eine Woche im Sol Marina Beach Hotel. Das Essen und der Service war sehr gut, die Angebote für Kleinkinder und Kinder sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Für Familien also absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen schnell zu erreichen. Jedoch ist dieser Umstand auch gleichzeitig die Kehrseite - das Hotel befindet sich in der Einflugschneise und ist mit entsprechendem Fluglärm ausgestattet. Der Strand ist schön, aber durch eine mittelmäßig stark befahrende Straße vom Hotel getrennt. Leider gibt es dort keine sanitären Anlagen und auch keine Möglichkeit Getränke zu erhalten, wodurch der All Inclusive Charakter noch mehr in die Brüche geht. Die Badeangebote für Kinder sind umfangreich und entsprechend haben die Kleinen viel Spaß. Das Essen ist sehr angepasst und leider fehlt es an Finesse und vor allem vermisst man ein breites Grillangebot. Auch ist sehr merkwürdig, dass man für griechischen Kaffee, Frappé etc extra zahlen muss, obwohl eigentlich nationale Getränke inklusive sind. Während unseres Aufenthalts ging in der ersten Woche die Klimaanlage nur stark eingeschränkt und das Fenster war defekt. Der Gesamteindruck hat den Urlaub leider nicht so werfen lassen, wie erhofft. Wir kommen nicht wieder - schade.

Stunning hotel, really friendly and accommodating staff which was lovely and a range of food/drink options included within the all inclusive stay that made it very luxurious and affordable.

Excellent hôtel, personnel adorable, chambre très propre et ainsi que literie confortable, face a la mer, nourriture très correct pour du All-in !

Positiv Lage: strandnah und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (10 min. fußläufig um das Hotel rum gibt es eine Straße mit mehreren kleinen Shops) Essen: abwechslungsreich und lecker Pools: drei Pools (ein größerer sowie ein kleinerer Pool für Erwachsene, ein toller Kinderpool) Massage im Spa Bereich (unbedingt ausprobieren) Kinderdisco jeden Abend um 20:30 Uhr Negativ - Sauberkeit: es könnte alles in allem etwas sauberer sein (frische Handtücher auf den Zimmern sowie eingedecktes Besteck im Restaurant sind bspw. nicht immer sauber) - Restaurant: leider sehr laut, sodass man sich am Tisch kaum unterhalten konnte (durch Musik und mögliche Anzahl Personen im Restaurant)

Le personnel est très chaleureux, accueillant et réactif. Joli hall d'entrée, parking grand et gratuit, localisation de l'hôtel idéale.

Mein Mann und ich verbrachten 6 Tage in diesem herrlichen Hotel. Wir waren von der Freundlichkeit des Personals, vom gesamten Service und von der guten und reichhaltigen Küche begeistert. Wir können das Hotel nur warm weiterempfehlen. Macht weiter so! Wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder! Liebe Grüße aus Bosnien.

Pros The hotel itself was very nice. We had a room for 4 (2 kids). We had our own terrace on 1st floor. This was an all inclusive hotel, i never do all inclusive but the food was good. Breakfast and lunch was very rich in number of choices. The drinks were typical "all inclusive" type, somewhat watered down, however, you can purchase cocktails for an additional fee. Lots of families and old couples as patrons. Cons The only disappointing thing was the beach (hotel does not own that, only services it). Huge waves almost constantly that precluded anyone for going in water above knees (lifeguard enforced). The beach is sandy but sand looks very muddy, not like the other beaches on Crete. Good thing is we had a car and we went exploring other beaches that are very close by. Those were better for us because they had food/drink service at the beach (one thing i enjoy tremendously in Greece).

Très bon séjour en famille, la proximité de l’aéroport n’est pas gênante au niveau bruit. Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. La nourriture est bonne et variée. Les chambres bungalow sont spacieuses.

Personnel très agréable, nourriture plutôt variée et assez bien cuisinée. Infrastructures vieillissantes, aucun produit dans la salle de bains à part un distributeur à savon liquide, douche en mode karcher uniquement, pas de bouchons pour pouvoir prendre un bain. Club enfant qui n'en est pas un : une animatrice qui ne sourit jamais, ne s'occupe pas des enfants à part quand ils lui demandent un maquillage, uniquement coloriage toute la semaine, la mini-disco est un peu plus sympa. Le 3ème lit est un lit d'appoint bien usé et pas du tout confortable. J'avais pris le supplément vue mer, j'avais une vue latérale et plutôt sur un embarcadère. Il y a des hôtels bien plus sympas en Crête et moins chers.

We arrived by taxi €30 15 min journey.. Booking in was friendly quick, and we were taken to our room. All good, the room was as expected clean and pleasant with a balcony & sea view, towels were changed daily, pool towels also provided. Food was plentiful and varied, the staff work incredibly hard providing clean dining area with self serve wine, beer & soft drinks. The Pool area was lively , the beach just over the road also with beds and shade was great. Entertainment staff were really friendly. We spent 5 days here and found EVERY member of staff helpful and really friendly. We paid an excellent price and would on balance say that it was a fabulous place to stay . Just for the record with the information given by reception we walked to the bus stop 15 mins and took the bus back to the airport for €2.25 each !! amazing.

Prestations conformes à celles d'un club Lookéa 4* en Crète : chambre, équipements, animation, nourriture, etc. OK. En plus, météo superbe ! Par contre, pour les personnes qui sont attentives/sensibles au gestes barrière, il est important de savoir que leur application est parfois très insuffisante aussi bien dans le club (le sens de circulation dans le restaurant principal et l'accès au buffet du snack sont du n'importe quoi !!!) que dans les boutiques (dans lesquelles les commerçants pratiquent le no mask no problem).

Ciao, la struttura e grande ben attrezzata e pulita. Quello che non mi è piaciuto e la mancanza di informazioni alla reception. Non e possibile che in due frasi in inglese (scarso) senza un piano de la struttura e le indicazioni per mensa, attività, spiaggia etc hai mandato il turista in camera. Non accettate il regalo per una sera in ristorante ISLA che è una porcheria. Paghi da bere (che non è poco) e ti portano da mangiare roba di scarsa qualità nei confronti di chi arriva da fuori.

Sejour tres sympathique,staff a l'ecoute et tres avenant;sauf le dernier jour ou pour un retour de 30 mn car il faut liberer la chambre a 11h on a recu la visite d'un menbre du personnel qui est venu nous mettre la pression; etant une famille avec deux petits enfants ce n'est pas toujours evident d'etre dans les temps; dommage car apres avoir ete 8 en pension complete ca donne l'impression suivante comme votre sejour est terminé faut rapidement debarasser le plancher vraiment dommage; derniere chose la nourriture est vraiment bonne et variee dans son endemble
