The warm welcome by the owner (older gentleman) as you arrive with your vehicle was already a positive sign. He knew who were were and confirmed and trusted us while walking us to our second floor room. The stone pathway and stairs were super clean and maintained regularly by the owners wife. The room was large and also clean with a beautiful view of the private beach and sunbathing area. Breakfast is great not only becuase of the beautiful seating and fresh ocean breeze but the items were plentiful. He would surely make more if need be. Highly recommended when coming to Zakynthos.

Alles ist auf dem neuesten Stand, TV, Klima, Bäder, Zimmereinrichtung, Aussenanlage mit Pool und am Tag mit Poolbar. Das beste ist die Liegewiese mit Liegen Sonnenschirmen und einem Steg ins Meer nur für die Hotelgäste. Gutes Frühstück und absolut ruhige Lage, da die Straße dort zu Ende ist. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter . Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Ein Restaurant gleich nebenan mindestens drei weitere in bis zu 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Etablissement très agréable, bien situé, avec un accès très facile à la mer. Chambres neuves ou rénovées. Propreté et entretien satisfaisants.

Peace and quite, beautiful location and apartment and owners were very helpful couldn't of asked for anything better.

I recently stayed at Stephania apartments with my Mom and Dad. The rooms were spotless, cleaned everyday and the owners couldn't do enough for you to ensure your stay was perfect. Breakfast by the sea was superb and kept us full until dinner. The private beach was perfect for those quieter days away from the crowds and the sea was perfectly clear and calm (most of the time) Our only suggestion would be that you do need a car or some form of transportation when you stay here, there is a bus service but only twice a day and if you fancy a variety of food in the evening then a short drive to the next village is needed. There is a fish tavern next to the apartments for those who don't want to go to far. Once we hired a car, we visited most of the amazing sites of the island. The locals were so friendly and helpful. On the whole we had an amazing time at the apartments and would recommend them 100%.

Magnifique séjour! Belle situation, personnel très chaleureux et à l'écoute! Ménage parfaitement fait! Vue mer, chambre confortable! Seul point négatif la salle de bain bcp trop petite! Douche pas agréable car de petite taille! Mais nous recommandons car situation parfaite pr visiter l'île! Excellente vacance! MERCI!

Didn't sleep a decent nights sleep for the 11 nights we were there due to very poor soundproofing. Every noise could be heard and we were woken many times including toilet visits, noisy footsteps and sliding chairs on the floors. The restaurant in the area the first night we stayed was the worst meal we have had anywhere. There is nothing too pretty about the immediate area with no quaint pretty restaurants or bars. Transport is absolutely necessary. For this being our second time in Zante we can only repeat exactly what we said after the first visit: great days, not pleasant nights.

We enjoy our stay in this hotel. It is a good hotel for relaxing near the sea. Very friendly and good hospitality.

We had a great stay at Stephania. good communications upfront, a warm welcome, a morning explanation of the island, a free lift by car to the nearest restaurant, each day a great breakfast (extra costs). A very nice place directly in front of the beach (stones, no sand) in a quiet neighborhood with a wonderfull grassy garden with roses.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig, umgeben von üppigen Rasenflächen und Sträuchern, direkt am Meer. Alle Zimmer und Appartments sind dem Meer zugewandt. Balkone und Terrassen dind zum Meer ausgerichtet und bieten eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Ein Restaurant liegt in der Nachbarschaft und auch Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf liegen nur 15-20 Min entfernt. Kleinere Dinge und natürlich ein Frühstück gibt es auch im Hotel. Das Personal und die Besitzer waren hilfsbereich, freundlich und sehr nett.

Abbiamo piacevolmente soggiornato per 2 settimane in un appartamentino al piano terra, con vista mare. Il giardino è incantevole, e la spiaggetta tranquilla, l'ideale per chi cerca un po' di relax. La posizione è ottima per girare l'isola con scooter o altri mezzi ma non è consigliabile per chi vuole girare a piedi. La stanza è dotata di aria condizionata, frigo e nel nostro caso di angolo cottura, forse il bagno è un po' piccolo ma in realtà c'è tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno, phon compreso! Pulizia nella media ma giornaliera e con cambio della biancheria. Il vero valore aggiunto di questa struttura è la gestione di Haris e Stefania, sempre cordiali e attenti alle nostre esigenze ma senza essere invadenti, la sensazione che si ha stando qui è proprio quella di essere accolti.

La struttura di "Stefania Apartments" è una villa sul mare composta da alcuni appartamenti in cui regna la più assoluta tranquillità e il cui punto forte è l'ospitalità e la disponibilità di Stefania e di suo marito Aris. Le numerose piante, gli splendidi fiori e il prato all'inglese che degrada fino alla spiaggia privata rendono il luogo magico e la permanenza un'esperienza unica. Proprio a fianco alla villa di Stefania si ha la fortuna di avere uno tra i ristoranti migliori e più belli di Zante. Affittando infine uno scooter si arriva in 20 minuti nella capitale e in mezz'ora nei posti più lontani e rinomati dell'isola.

Hotel carino sul mare. Molto bella la vista dalla camera che dava direttamente sul giardino e sul mare. Molto bello il giardino con spiaggia privata in erba e sdraio ed ombrelloni. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo giorno. Uniche pecche la pulizia approssimativa della camera da parte del personale di servizio ed il bagno troppo piccolo.

The owners of Stefania Apartments really made my girlfriend and I feel comfortable whilst we were staying there. They gave us lifts into town, helped us find a good restaurant, and generally went the extra mile.
