I proprietari veramente poco gentili ,nel descrizione tanta bugia,non c'è nessuna cucina ,tutto poco curato e aria condizionata a pagamento. Pessima qualità. Lo sconsiglio altamente!!!!

L'accueil très chaleureux de Yannis et de sa Maman, la cuisine excellente de la Maman de Yannis, l'espace et la propreté des chambres,

Très bon établissement qui à l'avantage d'être familiale. L'accueil est très bon, nous avons profité de la demi pension et on a eut la chance de goûter des plats maison, nous avons très bien mangé. La vue sur la mer est aussi un gros point fort

There is no cabinet for dress hanger, otherwise all are good

Appartement très propre et confortable. Le restaurant attenant est excellent. Seul bémol, pas d'eau chaude pour la douche durant notre sejour suite pb électrique....

Arrived to be told hotel overbooked, Expedia hadn't paid money, too late to inform us although booked weeks in advance. Chose this hotel for the quiet beach side location as I have an autistic son. We were moved to a dirty apartment a mile away from he sea and having to negotiate a busy main road, pool had algae growing, utensils and cutlery dirty, shower was broken. We left the next day and moved to another beach side resort costing us most of our spending money therefore no excursions were possible and our holiday was completely ruined. I would advise anyone not to book this hotel as I understand this is normal practice from this hotel owner you will not get what you pay for! You have been warned!

Hotel sympathique et familiale rien a redire. Yannis et sa maman et le reste du personnel sont très gentilles

We stayed for 10 days with 2 teenagers. The apartment is so nicely decorated that we felt as if we were in our villa in the country. It was so relaxing, so quiet at night that we would leave the balcony doors open to hear the crashing of the sea waves. The big bed in the bedroom was so unexpectedly comfortable. We chose HB and the food was fantastic, and coming in big portions. We did not miss any of the sushi days. Try the Bodege Bay, our favourite. The house wine was very good too. Mama, Yiannis, Maria and the all the staff made us feel at home and we did not want to leave.

Sono giunto dopo aver preso un'auto a noleggio direttamente dall'aeroporto. Edificio difficilissimo da raggiungere a causa di una viabilità pessima e senza alcuna indicazione stradale. Neanche il navigatore conosce la via dell'indirizzo segnato sulla pagina di questa "sweet memory apartments", e ho dovuto fare la via crucis chiedendo info ad una miriade di persone. Rapido in ceck in, l'appartamento adeguato e posizionato in vista mare. Ho verificato la mancanza d'acqua calda e la prima doccia fredda, dopo una giornata in viaggio. è stata una vera scossa. La mancanza d'acqua calda si è ripetuta per tre giorni, finchè, dopo vari e duri reclami di molti residenti dell'edificio, hanno riparato l'impianto. Altre grave carenze, aria condizionata in camera ma senza telecomando e quindi impossibile da utilizzare, totale l'assenza di un apparecchio televisivo e senza collegamento Internet (quando in genere FREE WI-FI è disponibile in tutti i locali pubblici vicini, per collegarmi dovevo per forza andare a mangiare in tali locali). Di questo "sweet memory" l'unica cosa che si salva è la posizione, per il resto esperienza da non ripetere.

My wife and I have just returned from a week's holiday here and we already trying to book the same holiday again that's how much we really loved it.We were greeted on arrival by yannis the owner with a drink and chat about the local area and things to do he was extremely helpful.The apartment was clean and roomy we had a fridge and hotplate in our one,if you wanted a TV it could be arranged for a small daily charge same with air-conditioning.Although there's no swimming pool on site there is one guests can use for free just a four minute stroll up the road ,there are quite a few shops and restaurants in either direction as well as bar's.The beach opposite is a pebble beach but you can take a sun lounger from the apartments if you like or if you walk about ten minutes in either direction you come to sandy beaches with loungers on them that you can hire for the day at about 6-8 euros.There is an excursion centre a few minutes away to organise any trips to other islands or places of interest on Crete.The restaurant at the front of the apartments is run by yannis and his mum the food is delicious authentic Cretan cuisine and I would highly recommend that you have at least one meal there as if like me it won't be your last Themis and Eva who serve you are friendly and polite and very helpful about the dishes and wines . Excellent relaxing holiday highly recommend it

Bisogna premettere che stiamo parlando di una soluzione alloggio economica, ed in questo contesto la ritengo adeguata e attinente alla descrizione, anche se è migliorabile in termini di pulizia alloggio e dotazione cucina. Inoltre il mare è vicino, ma di fronte al residence è poco fruibile, meglio lo stabilimento a 500 mt. Ottimo il ristorante. Giudizio complessivo positivo, siamo stati bene.

Right at the beach front, with sea view and breeze. Apartment is under the flight path on approach to Heraklion, but it wasn't continous and you wouldn't notice it after awhile.

Muy bien tratados, el restaurante con mucho encanto decorado. El agua caliente fallaba a alguna hora pero no importaba. Tenía pocos utensilios de cocina en el apartamento. La limpieza perfecta. Era fresco y amplio el apartamento, se dormía muy bien. No hablan español y nosotros tampoco hablabamos ni griego ni inglés, pero hacían todo el esfuerzo posible para entendernos. Buena cocina tradicional, rápido servicio y desayunos muy buenos. En general una muy buena experiencia.

Das familiengeführte Hotel liegt angenehm etwas beben dem Ortskern, der aber zu Fuß entlang der Uferpromenade in ganz wenigen Minuten zu erreichen ist. Man ist ungestört von den größeren Anlagen mit lauterer abendlicher Animation, trotzdem nicht vollkommen abseits. Das Meer befindet sich nur über die Uferstraße hinweg unmittelbar vor der Anlage. Die Inhaber sind freundlich und zuvorkommend, es wird eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre vermittelt. Wir haben als Selbstversorger gebucht, da wir uns ungern an feste Verpflegungszeiten halten. Daher können wir die Frühstücksversorgung nicht beurteilen. Zum Hotel gehört allerdings ein exzellentes Restaurant, in dem wir jedenfalls abends zu angemessenen Preisen gegessen haben. Die Apartments sind ausreichend großzügig geschnitten und angemessen ausgestattet, auch wenn man sich als Selbstversorger natürlich über einen vollwertigen Herd statt einer kleinen Doppelkochplatte gefreut hätte. Wir kochen gerne vor Ort mit heimischen Zutaten. Das Baden im Meer nur über die Straße hinweg ist toll, da man nicht immer die komplette Strandausstattung mitschleppen muss. Für kleinere Kinder wäre wegen des Wellengangs allerdings ein Pool schön.

The day I was due fry last minutes ! call us and arranged other Apartment , which was better then the sweet Memory Apartment . The apartment I stay was very nice which is call Ourania Apartments......... I find the Own of Sweet Memory Apartment very rude and Not Helpful , My friend who stay at Sweet Memory Apartment .. Had to check out as so bad.... No Hotwater!,,,,,When complaint the Own was very Abusive,,,,

Manglede swimmingpool,manglede rengøring på værelserne
