This hotel is historic and beautiful. An easy walk to restaurants and shops. The staff was great.

Gorgeous architecture all around. Amazing views from rooms and the rooftop bar, great place for evening drinks and breakfast!

Property was clean, staff welcoming and the suites large. Breakfast was also very delicious!

We enjoyed morning, breakfast and night time drinks and snacks with Thomas. We found him to be very informative and entertaining..

If you get a sea-view room the location is just spectacular. Room is good but quite basic and the decor is charming and a bit eccentric. Note no coffee faciltites in room but I think you can order coffee. We asked for ice and they brought us ice. Fridge in room is decent. The staff are very lovely and knowledgeable and Syros is really great. Ermoupoli is very special and this hotel is a really lovely place. Do go for a swim!

It was a lovely hotel and the staff were exceptional.

Overall the customer service and location were great. However, the breakfast included in the price was average for a 4 star hotel. Also the room was in the first floor and it was very noisy. Good experience with no issues overall.

Nice property within walking distance to everything - center, port, restaurants, shopping. Great service from the front desk to the two servers serving breakfast every morning. Prices reasonable. Highly recommend.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο απλά δεν υπάρχει χώρος για πάρκινγκ κ είναι ένα πρόβλημα. Επειδή η αστυνομία μοιράζει κλήσεις με ευκολία. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν στο πίσω κτήριο που θα έπρεπε να ανεβοκατέβεις σκαλοπάτια για να πας για το πρωινό σου. Το πρωινό ήταν στο roofgarden του ξενοδοχείου όπου ήταν πολύ όμορφα . Το πρωινό όμως ήταν προέπιλεγμενο και κάθε μέρα το ίδιο. Κατά τα αλλά ήταν ένα καθαρό ξενοδοχείο με ευγενικό προσωπικό . Απλά για τη τιμή των δωματίων θα μπορούσαν οι παροχές να ήταν λίγο καλύτερες .

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect. Great location, exeptional view, friendly staff, clean rooms. It had all you can ask. I would recommand it anytime.

Unique grand hotel archiecture unlike anything we encountered in other accommation on offer on our Greek islands trip. It was a treat staying here, good value too, with a wonderful, imaginative breakfast buffet atop the hotel where the views of sea and other classical buildings in this locale were wonderful. Money has been spent on a good sleep for guest with blackout- type curtains, triple (?)glazing and luxe beds- SO comfy. Staff were helpful and resourceful esp re our local travel enquiries.

Beautiful hotel in every sense and in the best location one can imagine in Ermoupolis. Thank you for making my holiday memorable. The only issue I had was that there were no partitions between the small balcony spaces and that was a shame in terms of enjoyment. I hope the hotel addresses this in future.
