The hotel is excellent, it’s close to everything, flea market, restaurant and acropolis, but for one reason there a weird smell in the room, anything else is great.

Modern small boutique hotel in a cool upcoming area ‘Psiri’ near Plaka. During the summer there is salsa dancing in the streets just around the corner. Hotel is clean, stylish and well located. Staff is helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

Floor needs to be fixed

Booked this hotel for a one night stay before heading back home and it was in the perfect location! Having already seen Athens this is very close to several tourist attractions which you can easily walk to and explore. Will definitely try to stay here again!

Breakfast needs to be explained before taking the option. Coffee only available, tea you have to pay extra. We have to paid one day again because the staff was not on time to give us the vouchers. Otherwise the food was good. Bed is confortable. Internet access perfect. You can ask for transportation at the desk( open 8am to 4 pm). One hour pool free of charge per day. We had ants in the bathroom and ask two time to be fix. I fixed it myself. Otherwise the staff is nice, well situated, safe …

This is a good hotel within walking distance to all the main attractions and metro lines! We loved the location, the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. If you have a room on the main floor, it can be quite loud because some rooms are off the lobby. We would stay here again!

The property was in an easy walking distance to everything you want .... shopping, dining, the Acropolis and other historical sites. The location really felt unbeatable.

Ants in room. Reported 3 times, there were more each of the 4 days there. Everything else was ok except the roof bar is no longer operational.

The staff were amazing and lovely and super helpful. They also have a WhatsApp function where you ask questions and arrange for airport/cruise terminal transfers. The hotel was well decorated and clean. What a great start to our Athens trip!

Overall, we had a nice stay at The Residence. It’s in a cute local neighborhood, with lots of dining, bars, and shopping nearby. We did lots of sightseeing - all accessible by walking. The staff was very nice and helped store our bags after check out. The room was a bit smaller than we anticipated, I think they may have put us in the wrong unit (we booked a superior king, but ours more resembled standard economy). We were only in Athens one night so we did not complain. We would stay again simply for the location!

Hotel was quaint. Rooms a bit small and I booked the superior room. The AC was not controlled. Area was good location. Far enough from the main square but very walkable
