Lovely hotel and facilities. Great advice from staff regarding where to go ie beaches, food great everyday!

Overall very friendly personnel, great food, tidy place! Just one thing what was wondering us: Why did they build these wooden bathroom doors? You could always hear the "interesting noises" from your family members when they were in the bathroom because the door is so thin and you can even look through it...

Landestypisch gute Unterbringung und Ausstattung. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer großzügig und sauber. Klimaanlagen recht laut. Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe, sehr schön. Hauptsächlich Steinstände, aber kostenloses Shuttle zu schönen Sandstränden vorhanden. Wir waren zufrieden und haben uns gut erholt

Rooms where clean and comfortable in general. Bathroom was a bit outdated, but everything worked OK. Food was very good and varied each day - plenty of choice for everyone. Also despite visiting during high season queues where rare and short - resort was well staffed and organised. Location was OK, nice cozy town by the scenic sea, but for longer stay you probably want to rent a car for exploring the island.

The hotel was clean and beautiful and rooms great size. The entertainment was unfortunately terrible apart from one guy who did the table tennis there was no active promotion of activities and the ones that did run weren’t set up well one member of staff just set up then sat on her phone and let the guests crack on One of the bar staff was totally rude and inappropriate giving underage teenagers shots even questioned my 13 year old why he didn’t want alcohol on holiday but it was only her all the other staff were great Biggest issue is lack of shade there is none the umberellas didn’t do their job and definitely need updating Sissi is a beautiful place

Séjour très agréable, l’hôtel est superbe bravo aux jardinier pour la beauté des jardins. La propreté est irréprochable les femmes de ménages efficaces. La restauration au top. Bravo aussi à John notre animateur très professionnel. Un bémol sur la réception peu accueillante et manque d’informations sur les activités de proximité.

Location ok staff ok

We loved the location, right on the sea. The local bay was gorgeous. There was a good variety of pools - some active, others quiet. The food was absolutely delicious and we loved the all inclusive option. But the best part was the staff. Shout out to Andy, Antonia, Manod and Manolis… these guys made it for us. This break was exactly what we needed.

staff very friendly and helpful! I had a private swimming pool, but there were plenty others wherever you wanted. Healthy delicious food. Would strongly recommend using spa, after every session I felt revitalised and 10 years younger, staff in a spa very caring and kind.

Große tolle Familienzimmer , auch für mehr als 3 Kinder geeignet. Tolle Poolanlagen, mitnutzung des Wasserparks Vasia Village .

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. Le mobilier de chambre est vieux et souvent ébréché, il y a une forte odeur d'égouts dans les salles de bain, nous avons tué un cafard dans la chambre, il y avait une piscine privée avec notre suite mais celle-ci a une profondeur d'eau de seulement 65 cm (autrement dit on ne sait pas y nager, juste bon pour de petits enfants y barbouiller). La localisation de l'hôtel n'est pas intéressante. Il est à côté de la mer mais sans plage à cet endroit (uniquement de gros rochers le long de la mer).

Staff very helpful and kind. Room was very clean. But, i dont really think it's a 5 star hotel. The breakfast wasnt a highlight, the same each day. Must say a good word about the GYM. great
