Very nice little hotel. Close to at least four different sandy beaches. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with options for vegetarians. Including Cretan specialties. Only downside was that the air conditioning was in the living room only and didn't get to the bedroom. They gave us a fan and it improved things a lot.

Hôtel très bien, parking gratuit devant, personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. Un grand merci de nous avoir attendu malgré 3h de retard de vol et une arrivée après minuit. Seul bémol, la dureté des lits et la taille du bac de douche très très petit. Petit dej très bien

I’ve been here twice now and will come back again! Everything is great, people are helpful and friendly and breakfast is good. Also the pool is great!

Hinta-laatu Ok. Ei hieno, mutta ajoi asiansa. Aamupalalla lähti nälkä, hulppea se ei ollut. Seinät olivat paperia, parhaat päivänsä nähnyt hotelli. Siisti ja turvallinen, ystävällinen asiakaspalvelu. Kävelymatkan päässä parikin rantaa ja lukuisia ravintoloita. Bussilla pääsi helposti keskustaan.

Veronica hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff is helpful and easy to work with. Four of us stayed two nights. The hotel is situated a 5 minute walk from the beach but the area feels a bit isolated and there isn't really a beach scene going on around the hotel. The hotel breakfast is adequate to get you going but nothing too special. It takes about 10 minutes to get into Chania old town with a car.There are a couple of good restaurants within a 3 minute drive where you can overlook the water and watch the sunset.

Hotellet var helt greit med fin og rolig beliggenhet. Kort vei til de ulike strender. Renhold var middelmådig da det lå hår på bad etter vask og man følte sand på gulv. Sengetøy ble ikke skiftet tilstrekkelig ofte, og hådkler ble bare skiftet hver annen dag. Sengene er for korte dersom man er over 190 cm. Romslige rom. Frokost ikke noe spesielt. Dette fungerte som sportshotel og det ble vist fotball til 24.00 de fleste dager, noe som kan skape mye støy. Personalet hyggelig og service innstilt.

We have stayed in this hotel for a week and had a very pleasant stay. Roooms were clean and functional, we also had a small kitchen thing that resulted really useful when we arrived late from our trips. Staff was really helpful and polite, they gave us a lot of information regarding all the activities around and helped us a lot. The position was great for us, a bit outside the city (4km) very peaceful and quite far from traffic, but very close to the bus stop (it takes only 5-10 minute to reach the city depending on the traffic). It is also close the some nice sandy beaches, even if not the most famous ones, it is really pleasant to spend a day there specially with children. The surrounding is really full of shops, small and big supermarkets and restaurant, open until late. In my opinion, it is the perfect solution for a relaxing holiday without renouncing to the facilities of a city close by.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The ONLY good thing about the property is located in a very nice location, safe and near the beach with convenient restaurants near by. Be warned-The property and staff were disappointing. We booked a specific room facing the garden (did not exist), confirmed, and yet received a side room with no view and in terrible condition. The room charge was not adjusted for the less desirable location. The room condition was terrible. The bathtub/ shower was not clean and had rust spots in the base of the tub. The doors were scrapped for painting but never completed. We were told to purchase our own hangers for our clothing! Upon departure, the staff tried charging us an additional $40 for the use of a safe. When we showed that this charged should have been included they were obnoxious in their response. Furthermore- every time you pick up the phone to call the front desk or local number- you are charged for the call. Be aware that this is NOT a quality property and that the service was not the hospitality we have previously experienced in our many trips to Crete.

Great place. Basic rooms, but nice clean pool. Very nice area and george is a fantastic host.

Sliten, liten studio. Dåligt utrustat för matlagning. Luftkonditioneringen gick inte att ställa in. Ingen individuell uteplats, ingenstans att hänga blöta badkläder. Fint poolområde. Trevlig städerska och receptionist.

Personalen är fantastisk. Poolen är underbar! Byn är den bästa.

Fantástico, hotel muito bem equipado, dependências extremamente limpas e organizadas, ótima piscina, o café da manhã é incomparável, sem dúvidas um dos melhores hotéis de Creta...

The Veronica and its sister hotel the Inea are super little hotels with friendly and helpful staff, both in superb locations near all facilities and close to the sea. Value for money 10 out of 10.

Vi et fint opphold med unntak av et innbrudd og tyveri fra et av rommene hvor ukjente personer tok seg inn på natten å tok pass penger og mobiltelefon! Forholdet er anmeldt til lokale myndigheter. Ellers meget hyggelig og hjelpsomt personell på hotellet.
