Ottima struttura per soggiornare a Matala. Bella la zona piscina. Comoda per visitare il centro. La colazione ha prodotti non sempre eccellenti ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.

Hôtel très agréable dans l’ensemble. Seul le petit déjeuner est à compléter. Trop répétitif et produits bas de gamme. Il suffirait de quelques détails. Jus d’orange de qualité par exemple.

Sehr nettes Personal

Saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, toller Service rundherum. Einzig das Frühstück ist leider wenig abwechslungsreich und auf das Nötigste beschränkt.

Très bel accueil, personnel très agréable et très beau petit déjeuner. Chambre propre et confortable. Tout accessible à pied. Je recommande vivement !

Das Zimmer war sauber und der Balkon groß. Das Frühstück war einfach mit wenig Auswahl.

O quarto estava limpo, o pequeno almoço ficou aquém das expectativas. Os clientes é que levantam a mesa do pequeno almoço. Colaboradores não falam muito bem inglês.

Nette accomodatie in het centrum van matala. Gedateerde kamer, wel voorzien van koelkastje. Goede douche. Fijn zwembad. Eenvoudig ontbijt, genoeg keuze. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding

Lovey people, from the reception desk to the cleaning staff, everyone is so friendly and polite, great pool area and bar, plenty of sun beds. nice breakfast.

Ligging is perfect, parkeren op openbare parking, vlakbij/in centrum Matala en zo goed als aan de zee/strand.

Molto bene. Colazione compresa e hotel pulito, pratico e comodo letto. Piscina un dippiu' molto apprezzato!

Die Lage ist top - 2 min bis zum Strand und umgeben von vielen Restaurants. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Pool. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber mit Balkon und Kühlschrank. Das Bad ist nicht super modern, aber gut ´. Der Hotelmanager ist super nett und sucht immer nach Lösungen. Ebenso der Zimmerservice ist super nett und reinigt das Zimmer jeden Tag gut. Das Frühstück ist gut mit griechischem Salat, Joghurt, Brot und Wurst/Käse sowie Kaffee. Weitere Sachen können an der Bar bestellt werden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt um zwei Tage verlängert, weil es uns gut gefallen hat.

Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum von Matala und die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten wie Höhlen und Strand sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sowohl zahlreiche Souvenir Shops als auch Restaurants. In der Nähe vom Hotel sind einige kostenlose Parkplätze und ein privates Schwimmbad mit kostenfreien Liegestühlen. Die Frühstücksauswahl war begrenzt, aber immernoch ausreichend. Es gab keine Wi-Fi Verbindung im Zimmer. Das Bett war hart und unbequem. Die Kissen waren zu dick. Das Badezimmer war klein und eine Tür in der Dusche hat gefehlt. Von Anfang an waren die Pflegeprodukte nicht vorhanden, aber man konnte sie an der Rezeption nachfordern.

Free parking should be removed as an amenity. There is one small parking lot that holds about six vehicles and the front desk told me that they don't verify if the cars parked there are guests of the hotel. When we went to leave, there was a car blocking every other car in the lot. I spoke to the person at the front desk and they said it was the owner of the hotel and he would tell her to move. When she did, she walked right by us and didn't apologize as if we weren't there waiting to get our car out. Afterwards, the owner of the mini mart across from the hotel came out and wanted to move his car (which was also blocking people in) into our spot. He seemed very annoyed that we were taking a while to load our luggage into the car and getting situated to leave. In short, it seems that the parking lot is being used for employees or random people going to the beach; it's not really reserved for guests. Plan on parking very far away.
