The room is clean, bed and pillows are very comfortable. Staff in this hotel is very nice. Also, microwave oven is found in the room which is the most surprising thing. However, the ventilation system in the lift shall be enhanced.

Far away from city centre Fragrance in room is too much

price could be lower for that kind of motel.

the room was dated and smelled musty. pillows and blankets were old and smelled old. the room felt like it hasn't been cleaned in a while, dust bunnies in corners and around the furniture. and the chairs were super dirty.

My friends and I enjoyed the balcony and the TV in the room. The room was spacious, clean with few imperfections, and provided lots of space for my friends. The complementary breakfast was great and the rooftop pool was a great feature. Alcohol and food can be purchased at the Foodys and KFC next door so the hotel was in a convenient spot. Would recommend this hotel again for the next visit.

The picture and the actual property were totally different. Construction inside, noisy, and dirty. Customer service terrible, they argued for over 1 hour with non English speaking Korean customer in the lobby about a missing small hand towel. Front desk speaking in Filipino openly about the difficult Korean. Non accommodating with early check in. Pool old, hallways dirty, bathroom dirty. Could not stay there and I wanted my money back. !!!

Front agent charged $200 to my credit card without asking me and never contact me until I made many internationall calls. No sincere apology, and I'm upset that the receipt for the completed refund still hasn't arrived after repeated emails and phone calls requesting it.

So unacceptable checking in leftover trash in the bin, sunday asked to chsnged all towels said nothing available. Bathroom wall leaking asked front desk to room change. My child almost slipped. Told me no available room to room change. So give me bathmat nothing again. So not worth it.

I like the location which is quiet and good for rest. The thing I hate the most about this place is, the checking time as well as security fee and the checking fees.

Great staff! I loved the balcony You can see the beach from the hotel. It is a fifteen minute drive to get to a sandy beach to play in the water.

Awesome place to stay when visiting

The hot water in the shower wasn't coming out properly, so I cleaned it myself. Water stains started to appear. I had to go get towels and toilet paper myself. Although there has been a big improvement, what about the average standard??? I wonder if there's no manual on what to do? It feels like there's a lot of waste and it's not reaching where it's needed. I can sense that they're trying their best. The wifi seems slow even near the front desk; it's much faster than in the rooms further away, but I don't think it would be that difficult to place repeaters here and there, or to improve the original equipment and increase the number of them.
