We stayed here just for one night to accommodate an early flight and while the pictures online were beautiful I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was happy to find that it was just as described. The hotel is quite beautiful, super clean, and the service was very good. We really enjoyed the pool & the restaurant too.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was very helpful and easy to talk to too. Our room as a nice size and even has room for a small crib we brought for our baby.

Friendly staff, beatiful pool, awesome breakfast buffet, comfy beds and rooms, big showers, I will be back for sure, it's worth every cent and you won't be disapointed at all.

The hotel is nice, now when it comes to the people working in the reception area the worst. They don’t let you have visitors. I was supposed to stay there until Monday and I left on a Sunday, I asked them to give me a paper saying that I was living a day early and they didn’t provided me with anything. Now I’m waiting for my money back. Called Expedia and never answered the phone.

Conveniently located (near the city) 5 - 10 mins drive to the port of Santo Tomas de Castilla.
Very clean.
Kind employees following COVID-19 precautions.
Comfortable bed.
Shower and drain had leak problems
Excellent arrachera and breakfast.
Manager little rigid with check out time.
Little noisy when other guest transit corridors.
