Muy lindo

BONITA UBICACION, BUEN SERVICIO, PERO MUY HUMEDA. BAÑO PEQUEÑO

La habitación tiene el mobiliario en mal estado en general. Poco espacio para poner las maletas y colgar toallas. No dan llave de lampuerta de entrada del hotel, por lo que complica salir y llegar cuando no hay nadie en recepción (nos pasó). La cafetería muy básica y el desayuno pago con poca cantidad e ingredientes. El personal es muy amable afortunadamente Los trabajadores amables

If you do not care for cleanliness, if you do not care being waked up at 06:50 by the landlady having some workers cutting metal on her demand 10m away from your bedroom - oh sorry they stopped for 20mn when I asked if it was really necessary - then this hostal is for you. By the way - a queen bed in their description is a so called “cama imperial” which is not fit for 2 adults. They had to give us another room than the one originally planned as while the king size bed was huge the other would not have been fit for the 2 teens. The “new room” smelled and felt humidity, clearly while the floor and the bedding was “clean” (but worn as to be torn at places…) - that’s about it… Oh planta are actually frowning inside the room - gives a cute touch… but… 10 days in Guate - this booking did not achieve expectations, breakfast was the only one that did not satisfy anyone either. The picture below show what was hanging above our bed - not safe / not clean.

Lilia was super helpful when I need to find a place to buy some traditional woman's blouses and was able to advise me on whether the prices were appropriate. She made sure I had a lovely dinner in consideration of my recent tummy upsets. The Garden was really cute and beautiful. I loved this place and wish I could have stayed longer!

Me gusto el ambiente, recomiendo que pongan fotos de las habitaciones para ver el tamaño de las mismas ya que lo que no me. Pareció fue la habitación era muy pequeña y poco cómoda y las demás que me gustaron ya estaban reservadas

La atención del personal es excelente

It is a great place in the middle of town. Walking distance to downtown. Secured parking, super friendly staff, the room was small, the bed was very comfortable. Specially after a long drive. I call them ahead of time for a late check in. 11pm they were waiting for me. It made the trip special. Easy check in and out. We will return!

Péssima relação qualidade preço, o quarto familiar horrível parece um Container, sem janela e uma única pessoa presente que as 8 da manhã estava dormindo e disse que acordou tarde porque tinha muitos fogos de artifício.

No tenian wifi, tenian problemas con reservaciones, mala organizacion, personal no capacitado.

Was looking for a safe, cheap, quiet place in town to stay for a week. I was perfectly satisfied with my humble accommodations. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfasts were great. Nice little garden and sitting room for reading. Staff were friendly and always available. Budget travelers will like it. I would stay there again.
