方塔贝拉酒店

各方面都好，尤其是有厨房和厨具。但是美中不足一点油和盐都没有。如果提供一点盐和油就好了。唯一不满意的是遮光窗帘拉下来后味道难闻，所以我们住的三天都没有敢再拉下来，早上早早就被亮光叫醒。除此之外，我很满意，如果下次来危地马拉市我还选这里！

Siempre me ha encantado el hotel Fontabella. Tiene un muy buen precio para los loft y son demasiado cómodos.

There was construction right next to the room and the workers could see right into my room. There was no privacy at all. I have stayed here many times and this was the worse experience I’ve had. I am considering going elsewhere for my next visit to Guatemala. This is ridiculous and upsetting! This was my top choice in Guatemala but not anymore.

The room had a lot of space and the bed and linens felt great! Location was also great in a safe and convenient area of zone 10. Having the restaurants below was also convenient.

A spacious, fully equipped space. Highly recommended. I also recommended the service from Bolgheri restaurant. Besides their delicious dishes delivered at an excellent temperature.

The hotel is located in a very nice plaza, which is convenient for food, shopping & entertainment options. Friendly & helpful hotel staff. The room was clean & has the essentials. The room is also spacious & has a kitchenette. The only issue I had is the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Muy cómoda la habitacion, con cama de lujo y ropa de cama de excelente calidad, muy bien los servicios de cocina con horno de microondas, refrigerador ,estufa, cafetera y vajilla. Muy recomendable opcion de hospedaje al interior del centro comercial con la mas amplia variedad de tiendas y opciones gastronomicas.

I love it it’s everything you need to have a good time

The Fontabella Hotel is strategically located in the high end area of Guatemala. We stayed in one of the lofts which has a very nice sizing. It is quite confusing since the rooms are located in two towers on the opposite side of the mall and we needed some help to locate the tower where our rooms was. The loft has a full kitchen, living/dining room area and a big bedroom with a nice bathroom. It was not vefy well equipped regarding cutlery and dishes; we had to ask for more spoons. Also, the shower head did not work very weill and we informed the staff but they couldn’t fix it. My opinion is that the lofts need to be uptated. The rooms were cleaned daily, and they offer you coffee pods and bottled water every day. They also had ammenities in the bathroom. There was a laundrh area in our floor,, which was very convenient, Service was very good.

Me enojó tener que esperar en recepción varias horas hasta la entrega de la habitación cuando estaba libre la que me asignaron y en el documento que firmé de entrada dice acceso a las 13 horas

This was an amazing stay! Every time I come to Guatemala, I want to stay here. I have nothing bad to say, it was perfect!

Estupendo, cómoda, segura y conveniente. Solo molesta un poco el ruido de los locales nocturnos el dia sábado.

Este lugar es muy conveniente, seguro, perfecto para viajes de trabajo, muchas opciones para comer, comprar, la zona es caminable.
