El hotel es antiguo y está en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Quetzaltenango. Las habitaciones son limpias y el personal amable y atento No es aconsejable para niños o adultos mayores debido a que tiene muchos niveles y no tiene elevador.

I love the location because allows us to participate and enjoy the ambient of the central park, been part of the Xelas history is also amazing, unfortunately some of the front desk employees are a little bit hesitant to help/accomodate the needs of the guest, breakfast buffet will be awesome, but overall good experience!

Habitaciones amplias, con balcon privado, no se escucha ruido. Solo le agregaría una mesita con sillas al balcón para aprovecharlo mejor.
El hotel en general es bonito y amplio.
