The young lady that took care of us was so nice and polite. The rooms are a bit small but super clean and everything looks remodeled and brand new . The air conditioning is a plus… the room
Also included free breakfast. I needed transportation going back to the airport and paid Q60 wich was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again when I travel back to Guatemala!!

Very convenient location from airport. Well secured. Walkable to some of the museums (~20 mins). Large, comfortable room with good beds. Only downsides: my room was next to the lobby so a bit noisy, and no hot water when I stayed there. I left too early to take advantage of breakfast. If you just need a place to sleep before or after the airport (or don’t mind taking Ubers to sightsee/go to restaurants) it’s a great option.

Room was in great condition. Two big beds. Me and the wife slept in different beds 😅. Showerhead was not connected properly so it was spraying everywhere. Plenty of hot water, very basic breakfast. Was great if there were some fruits included. I was in Mexico, Central America and South America and breakfast included fruits a lot of places.
We arrived at the hotel at midnight and it was very close the airport which was great.
Great to have filtered water so didn’t need to buy mineral water from stores
