Pésima recepción y Pésimo check out

Recepción no cuentan con teléfonos, ni servicio de restaurante a la habitación, habitación totalmente sucia , descuidada , cosas rotas, paredes manchadas, baños sucios. Tampoco cuenta con luz afuera de la habitación.

El lugar es muy bonito, ahora la propiedad está algo descuidada, se observa poco mantenimiento en el mobiliario cercano a la piscina o la terraza y la refrigeradora. Y en cuanto apoyo por medio del chat del app de expedía es nulo, el personal del lugar no atiende por el app, sino solicita que se llame a recepción en horario donde está disponible la recepción, en mi estadía tuve un inconveniente que me costó contactar alguien que me apoyara, finalmente se solventó y fue esperando al personal de la recepción. Ahora el lugar cuenta con una cocina, si en caso no se desea cocinar hay un restaurante que lo sugiero si se bebe alcohol es rápido ahora si es por comida tener paciencia para esperar.

No se puede parquear frente a la Villa con lo cual te toca cargar todo tu equipaje porque no tienen personal. La comida es mala y cara. Las villas de al lado pusieron música a todo volumen y no hay nadie que regule esto y las normas de convivencia. La recepción nunca responde

Todo bien solo que estaba sucia las sábanas de la cama

The BEST community condominium property I’ve ever stayed at . Ground are amazing, the condos are perfectly clean comfortable and styled. Only drawbacks are parking, the lot is far from most units but they do have a shuttle

Unfortunately the place has changed so much since my last visit and the manager is never able to fix any issues plus the front desk is very cold and cutting to solve any issues. It took us over 4 to get are rooms that the last night it rained so hard that our first floor got flooded and the front desk didn’t even care

Great staff and Villa was in good shape but the kitchen could be better equipped. The shared pool was pretty good, food was good but a little overpriced, coffee could be better too. Guatemala has great coffee.

Clean and comfort

only that you have to be very specific in the Villa that you take because it is not only because of the people that it says that they fit, you have to say how many people go

the property was amazing, everything was clean, well exept for the little ants that were everywhere in bathrooms and kitchen counter, the drinks at the main pool were very good but the staff specially the waitresses were not friendly we ask for drinks twice and the first time it took around an hour to get them, the second time we never had them we have to go around directly to the bar and get them

El lugar muy bonito, cómodo y seguro. Pero al hacer el inventario pare recibir la Villa; nos faltó un control de A/C, las ollas en mal estado, un edredón sucio y manchado. El check out nunca fueron por las maletas. NO hicieron limpieza en la habitación y Nos quedamos 3 noches.

Es muy lindo pero en esta ocasión la villa que me toco estaba muy sucia y también la piscina.

Me encanto el ambiente, mucha área verde y la piscina que está en cada villa fue increíble.

Great location, beautiful and well-designed villas, gorgeous clean and private beach. The only downside is that you have to share the pool with other villas (that part is ok) but it is not ok when other guests are being disrespectful and playing loud music after midnight. We told reception but they did nothing about it. You do need to sign a waiver where you acknowledge to be quiet after 10 pm (it said 8 pm but they told me 10 pm afterward) but it seemed to be ignored, by the loud people and the staff. I walked past other villas and they seemed to have the same situation. So, if you want a quiet and relaxing time, I'd probably look elsewhere. If you are booking through Expedia, make sure you call them before arriving to let them know because they don't have a centralized booking system therefore they didn't have our reservation ready and we had to wait to be let in.

Instalaciones muy bien, el servicio del restaurante es lento y malo!
