Friendly Staff. Very clean Comfortable sleep

My experience at the Brands Ville Hotel was Horrible.Mango Restaurant was not nice; breakfast was cold and nasty {not a buffet} not many options at all. The owner of the restaurant, his appearance was disgusting. The bath towels were dingy, and even wet towels were handed to us. Communication was not fourth coming. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends.

In my experience, I stayed for seven days. The room was modern. television! No movies nothing to watch. They claim to have laundry on site - No laundry on site. Restaurant is not the same on Expedia “they have a different restaurant called “Mango walk.” The owner of this restaurant is very courteous. They have no elevators,“I didn’t see one.” The hotel management needs to fix the “site” on Expedia or update it. In all, I could still book this hotel in the future again just for short stay. Restaurant was embarrassing, complementary breakfast suck! Wi-Fi not working at its full capacity. Noisy….Very poor stay at this place.

The room was 80% in good. Very welcoming space but the hygiene needs much improvement and for that reason I didn’t had any come in to clean after I personally had to sanitized my room on arrival. Stuff was okay for the most part of it. Two people that stood with great customer service was Ezekiel in the breakfast dining. I did enjoyed his presence and very accommodating gentleman and Ruthann the room cleaning lady. Very friendly and accommodating she fill in what was lapsing in my room . Thank you guys !!!!

Location is misleading. The breakfast is misrepresented and for the price the facility was not great. (water pressure temperature). Overall overpriced and will not recommend

Broken cabinet doors that would not stay close and was sticking in the middle of the room, all light fixtures unplugged (I had to plug them in to use them) and many of them without bulb, water stopped working completely for a few hours, no shampoo (only a cheap little soap), pillows stuffed to the brink with something hard, breakfast was cold and not good (not a buffet, you get what they bring you), coffee machine in the restaurant not working so either instant coffee or tea (they only had Lipton for black tea), personnel completely uninformed and useless (I asked for recommendations for a good local restaurant and the front desk recommended Hard Rock Cafe). This is an overpriced 2 star hotel at most.

I had a great time. The staff was courteous and very helpful.

Nice hotel

Nice for a short stay

No accommodation in Georgetown is worth what they charge. This hotel was not terrible - I would consider it average. Room was ok, breakfast was plentiful if not particularly appealing. Rooms are not cleaned at all during a 5 day stay and you have to dispose of your own trash. Customer service in Guyana in general leaves a lot to be desired so don’t expect much. One thing I liked here was the gate guard asking people which room they were in and checking a roster before letting people enter the premises.

It is a decent place to stay

The room was spacious and clean. There’s security all around the clock at the entrance of the building. It’s conveniently located close to restaurants and shops. There is an attached restaurant with decent food. Walkable to places of interest in Georgetown. Georgetown is an expensive city with simple accommodations costing as much as star hotels in other cities around the world, and it’s hard to find decent accommodation for what they offer. In that sense, Brandsville is value for money. There are places in Georgetown where you’ll have to pay the same, yet share bathrooms.

The only thing I liked about this place was the staff, they were friendly and helpful to me. I was given a room facing the street and the noise from the street traffic was awful morning, noon and night. The area around the hotel is not nice and unsafe at night. I would not stay here again.

Terrible, no cable TV, breakfast terrible, no one change the sheets or towels for 5 days.

The hotel is walking distance to the city and the shops.staff where very hepful and very good customer service.would give advice of where to go as well.Breakfast freshly cooked everyday i would recommend in staying here
