Menu a la carte avec beaucoup de choix mais peu de disponible. Peu d'ambiance Air climatisé bruyante. En soirée pas de personnels a la réception

The property was nice, the staff was great, I really enjoyed my stay. It’s wasn’t like the US, but it was pleasant. I felt safe there. They just have to get the water issue resolved it took to long to get hot water, but it was hot after a while of letting the water run. I would book it again.

Had a great stay here. The staff was very accomodating. Mr. Anderson was very pleasant to work with. Food options were limited, but portions were large and delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. Power was always on.

The property was not managed well, the use of cheap products where in use. It did not live up to the price I paid. Basic amenities and needs of the room were not met, often having to ask for bathroom utilities with the downside of not having hot water. The one upside was how ready the workers were to help and ease my stay.

When I was checking out the staff was very rude , breakfast was very good.

For its ok and l have a good time with the staff but i can wait to come back.

I called reception for almost 2 hours no answer. I couldn't get an extra sheet and they gave me the wrong room. I will never stay there again.

Rude staff. Took 30 minutes to check in because she was busy talking. Their attitudes sucks don't know how to talk to people. They refuse to give us extra sheets. No elevators have to climb a long flight of stairs.

Les personnels et le propriétaire de l'hôtel sont très gentils et respectueux. Le ménage se fait à chaque jour donc l'hôtel est propre. Par contre, ça coûte un peu cher à l'hôtel mais vous pouvez acheter à l'extérieur de l'hôtel qui est situé dans un environnement calme, sécuritaire. Je reviendrai 7

This hotel is designed for local People who just want to have a moment, but not for Tourist.Very noisy with loud playing music.I have never seen guests other than local people. The security Guys are very nice look like very educated.The breakfast seems to be made for the staff as other people stated, it is true.The line to contact the front desk did not work properly.It was midnight, people making so much noise in the hotel building, look like I was near a ball room. Apparently , that was okay for the management. The road to get to that location is terrible.In overall, the hotel acts like a motel. The receptionist were very nice,but...

Milieu sécuritaire Avec un personnel à l'écoute! Il manque d'accessoires dans la chambre comme débarbouillettes, veŕre et shampoing. Le réfrigérateur est encombré de choses personnelles de l'hôtel dont il faut acheter. Le jus au petit déjeuner n'est pas naturel. Dans la réservation de l'hôtel, la navette aéroport-hôtel est gratuite; à l'arrivée, on demande de payer. La place est toutefois plaisanté. C'était mon deuxième séjour!

The entrance from the main road to the hotel is a little bumpee , but the hotel itself is quite ok with a welcoming staff , I like their delicious an affordable dinner. I would recommand it to a friend !
