Location, was easy for my family and friends to come visit in a country where transportation is convenient for them.

This airport is a must book if in port-au-prince. The front desk staff are very professional, information and are serviceable. They ensure that we knew about the airport shuttle and made a reservation for us so that we wouldn't miss our flight. The dining staff are also very friendly. The service that you will receive as well as the amenities are top tier. Will definitely be booking and staying longer next time.

Bien que tout ne soit pas parfait, force est de constater les efforts mis dans cet hôtel. L’accueil est agréable et le service aussi.
Le petit dej est bon, même s’il souffre parfois de pénuries. On peut y commander un vrai petit déjeuner Haïtien. Œuf pâtes…
La nourriture du réseau est bonne.

I would give my stay there a poor rating, although the staff was excellent. I made a few friends there. Patrick, the driver, is very kind and helpful; there was Donald also the door keeper and helper; Reginald, the server and others. Also the food was excellent. However, my 104 room had a broken chair, you couldn't lock the bathroom door, the AC thermostat didn't work, you could see the wear and tear of the furniture, etc. I did sleep well, but for almost 200 dollars a night room, they can do a better job.
