Just need to update the location on the map. 10 min walk to west end. Clean, quiet, safe, everything amazing.

Cocolobo was so unique & had charm. It was tucked away in a jungle with deer, hummingbirds & agoutis. It was an easy walk to Half moon beach & lots of restaurants & shopping. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful experience! Property is beautiful. Appears in the wild. A deer and native rabbit can be seen from balcony in the mornings. Not too far from the west end scenic strip. Peaceful. Would most certainly stay here again. Manager, Cheryl was awesome. Friendly guest.

I was very happy staying here- I requested an early check-in as I was moving from another property, Cheryl one of the managers had my room ready by 10:00am she was so welcoming and friendly. It’s a quiet property off the beaten path with lots of nature. I really enjoyed my time here and felt very safe as a solo female traveler!

I have stayed hundreds of places all around the world and this place is definitely top 3. To start Cheryl ( guest services manager) reached out to me directly to help me get a ride from the airport. She was kind enough to reach out via WhatsApp since I had my emails on DND while I travel. The property its self was gorgeous. It’s like you’re sleeping in the jungle. We stayed in the Flowers lodge which was a first floor ocean view. It gave us a breathe taking view of the ocean from our bed. The room its self was very cute. Comfy bed. AC felt wonderful after about 10/15 min. It had a little balcony that you can sit out side of your room and lay in a hammock. You can watch boats drive by and the sunset was perfect. There were also cute little deer, hummingbirds, and this like cute little capybaras like things walking around. In the common area the pool was nicely angled to give you a view of the ocean which you can use 24/7. They had board games that was a nice touch. And they had sodas and beer for purchase. Breakfast was also very yummy. 10/10

We had such a wonderful stay at Cocolobo! The staff from the moment we arrived giving us a detailed tour of both the property and our rooms to helping us with transportation when it was time to leave. We felt taken care of so well. The morning breakfast was fresh and felt as though you had a private chef. This is one of those places you can truly unwind. Night breezes by the pool with amazing sunsets. For us, the location was perfect because we like quiet at night but a short stroll into town. Hilariously there are bunnies and deer that roam near the hotel, I guess they used to be someone’s pet. It’s very cute!

Very small resort with personal family type service. Ocean front. Great porch to watch the boats go by. 10 minute safe walk to the beach, restaurants, dive shops and other shops. Bonus personally served breakfast each day.

We absolutely LOVED our atay at Cocolobo. It felt like home away from home. We were so sad to leave!! We enjoyed evenings by the pool chatting with other guests, Thursday night trivia, beautiful sunsets, comfortable lodging, convenient location and just an all around wonderful vacation

We loved our stay at Cocolobo! Gorgeous spot on the waterfront, short walk to half moon bay and all of its restaurants. Superb oasis and Cheryl and team are exceptional!

Not enough good things can be said about the friendly and accommodating staff. They begin making sure your stay is smooth even before you get there (make sure transportation and arrival times work for you). The property is lush with two residents bunnies and two resident cats. Views are waterfront and excellent from most rooms. The prepared breakfasts are delicious. Cheryl’s knows who/how to book pretty much any activity on the island, even same day, and for a good price. The food options are much better on west end (compared to west bay) and only a 5-10 min walk. Do note, there is no beach. The waterfront edge of the property is actually lava rock. You cannot beat the value, especially with the customer service of a 5 star hotel. Me and my friends will be back!

Cocolobo is a must-stay resort. We had a great time and the staff were always available to answer questions or assist with tour arrangements. Pack light because they everything you need including laundry service. Cheryl and Gayle were great as was the whole staff.

Cheryl is the property manager and she goes above and beyond for her guest. The resort was super clean and they everything we needed. TP, Soap, Bodywash, shampoo and conditioner along with a stackable washer and dryer with the detergent. Lots of extra towels and bedsheets. Would for sure stay again in the future. Thanks Cheryl. For all your help, you made our stay over the top.Great AC in the bedrooms.

The host was amazing. The food in the morning was amazing. Extremely tranquil and peaceful. We will stay here again!

This is a very nice property in West End. The staff is extremely helpful and has great recommendations. The grounds are always immaculate. The views of the sunset can't be beat, right from your balcony or with a beer in the pool!

This place was just fantastic! Cheryl was phenomenal before, during and after our trip. She provided all necessary information before we got there, including setting up transportation from the airport and helping us get through customs. All of the staff were fantastic. And the property itself is right on the ocean and has the most stunning views of the ocean and sunset. The property is within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, shops and other conveniences. The property provided access to various refreshments at a nominal fee. In addition, Cheryl provided insights on the island and various travel destinations and even helped us book various excursions. I seriously cannot say enough about how amazing they were. In addition, we had some issues with our flights and despite the 2-day minimum, Cheryl provided accommodations when we ended up stuck in Honduras.

Nice people, loved the pool for sunset, accommodation was larger and more beautiful than you can see on the site. The only downside was that although the downstairs bedrooms were air conditioned the upstairs kitchen living room common area was not. Despite all efforts to ventilate we were dripping in shorts early April all afternoon and evening. Electricity on the island is expensive, so I get it, but it was quite uncomfortable to hang out together.

Cocolobo was quite a surprise to us after being in West Bay for a week. It was quiet, perfect for relaxing and resting. The staff was top notch, friendly, personable and always available. The walk into town was a concern of mine at first but family who stayed at an adjacent resort last year assured us it would be fine and not too long a walk. IT WAS and a lovely walk, scenic with many friendly people walking along the road as well as us. Security was very visible along the way too. Liked the keyless entry, the safe in the room, all the amenities were simple and just what we needed. Fresh towels every couple of days was a surprise. Gathering at the pool for breakfast every morning gave us a chance to visit with other guests and hear about the previous day's adventures. A great experience and highly recommend Cocolobo to others.
