Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. A one liter water bottle provided daily. Complimentary coffee maker in lobby made yummy cappuccino. The morning breakfasts were a nice selection of items, delicious and healthy options with fresh fruits like papaya, watermelon and pineapple. Friendly staff.
I did not inquire about a business center nor did I visit the gym area.

Love it, I have stayed at hotel Las Cascadas for several times when traveling to Honduras and they had provided: great customer service, place is clean, confortable rooms, private property parking lot and the best of all, it’s a very safely hotel.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We returned because we didn’t have any problems. The place is clean, staff very attentive and an excellent location. This time everything was fine until the morning. The water was cold. We toughed it out and showered with the cold water. When we returned to shower in the evening was fine. However, this was the morning that we would checkout. The water again was cold. We reported to the front desk and we were told that it should be hot water. We let the water run for a while and the water was still cold. We had to checkout. That shower water was cold. The phone didn’t work either. Everything else was just fine.
