The hotel was in a good location. Several dining options very close by. Transportation in and out of the hotel area was readily available. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good. The only issue I had was that there was several nightclubs near the hotel. At night time there was often loud music, which could be heard inside the room. Of course, that is not the hotels fault, but is worth noting.

The picture on the app are not from the Hotel that we stayed because they don’t say that one is close. We stayed at San Francisco or Martin I don’t remember. The room was big and clean but was facing to the side from the restaurants and they were loud. The a/c didn’t cool. The breakfast wasn’t that good.

I stayed for a week in this hotel, to begin with the attention was terrible we paid a lot of money to stay in this hotel and the people in the lobby are very rude they put many meaningless restrictions there was never parking in the hotel and we had to go to another hotel to look for parking without caring that we were with underage children in the rain the food was lousy the same every day, if they want to change dollars even for a little stain they do not change them…

I really liked the property they moved us to which is in the hotel district in Plamira. We stayed in the San Martin and its great value.

The staff as always was friendly and helpful with everything I needed and requested, the Hotel is fine but need to Update the rooms and the parking, other then that is perfect

Get around any place fast, excellent service ! They greet you since you arrive and check in is smooth with no surprises and a smile! Good breakfast money wise and parking right next door at no cost

Like location, friendly staff, easy check in. Very noisy rooms, hot water for shower didn’t worked properly.

The staff were super helpful. The area is clean and SAFE. The parking lot is secure with guards on both sides. I love this hotel!!!!

the building was majestic,service very good allowing us to check in early.the room was clean and decent. elevator didnt work sometimes

Fue excelente ya que teniamos cita en la embajada americana y llegamos a tiempo. Esa es una ventaja que estan cerca de todos estas instancias.
