We had stayed there several times before .. with last visit 2019 . The property has not been upgraded in 6 years and is in poor condition . We resevred 2 specific rooms and only one was available . The shower did not work properly and when brought up to the staff it was replaced . the staff were pleasant and accomodating however we were disappointed overall .

The property is in a great location easy to walk to stores and restaurants. The only thing i did not like was there was no T.V in the room. Not that i am in my room alot but when i am i would have like to catch up.

Posada Arcoíris is really nice. It’s right in the hustle and bustle of West End with plenty of dining options, but somehow manages to stay very quiet in the rooms at night, despite all the nearby bars.

The hotels are a series of rooms in a lush tropical garden. It feels very relaxed and beautiful. The staffs are very nice and friendly.

Very safe, jungle/serenity vibes. Beautiful view. Right across from the beach, there’s stores, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, and more in walking distance. As soon as you walk out there’s a beautiful view of the beach. Your room is cleaned daily, and looks just like the picture. I will definitely be staying again.

Right at the beach. Comfortable room. Great patio for coffee every morning. The people were very nice and accommodating.

2nd time staying here. It is a great choice is you want to be within walking distance to all the night life but far Anouilh away to be quiet. Across the street from the beach. Parking is very convenient.

The hotel is on the main strip of West End but it is set back and quiet, among a little jungle and large trees so the bird life was lovely. I loved that the beach was across the street, and the Argentinian Grill next door was a delicious place to eat.

The staff was friendly and easy to work with and the hotel was convenient to everything we wanted to do.

The hotel is in a convenient location. The public beach across the street from the property was really nice. We were fortunate to use the chairs and umbrellas that were provided at the beach, but there weren't a lot of them so go early. The room was simple with a full size bed and a twin bed. I missed having a couple of hooks and a place to put our clothes. We used the twin bed to stage our things. Overall a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff in a great west end location.

Excellent and helpful staff. My room was perfect every day. Great location just steps to the ocean/dining/music/mars. Sweet table with chairs out on the porch in front of my room. Not private but it was quiet while I was there. My only complaint was the noise of the water system. My toilet and sink made intermittent noise (like when the water system is turned off and then back on) - i slept with the bathroom door closed so it was a minor inconvenience. The room was a very nice size - a nice reading chair inside would have been a nice thing to have. Overall it was a really lovely experience.

Very nice quiet place to stay

Great location on half Moon Bay. overall basic amenities with a very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay here and we'll come again.

I liked the rooms in the jungle setting.

Great spot right on the beach! We missed the ferry due to a delayed flight and booked this hotel for one night at the last minute. Love the location in Half Moon Bay! The restaurant makes the best mojitos and the beach out front was wonderful! We stayed on a family room with our teenage daughter so we had plenty of space and was very comfortable.

Excellent location, great staff, beautiful grounds! We enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you for having us!! Ewa
