El cuarto está grande y bonito pero me salió una cucaracha en la recámara principal y en el buroe había un pupilente.

The room was extremely far from the main part of the property. The room was in disrepair with broken blinds and dirty windows. The food was pretty average

Check in and check out person was absolutely the best. I had a stomach ache and was very helpful to assist. Also manager gave an upgrade that awesome.

Excellent location. Very safe, clean, and staff did very well. Room bathroom and toilet needs fixing and upgrade fixtures. Water pressure was not good at all. Hope they fix it properly. Highly recommend property for its location. Safety, peaceful and ocean is fantastic.

Wonderful and quaint boutique hotel on the beach.

Sheets were sandy but cleaned on request.

I liked that the hotel was out of the noisy area, nice owner . The room was spacious and clean. You can walk less than 1 mile and be at the town

Staff is not very friendly and the property isn’t very good. Bed was very uncomfortable and walking to my room was long and difficult.

No toilet plumbing. No lock. No wifi. They werent willing to refund.

El hotel es bonito y moderno pero con mucha area de mejora. No hay recepcionista despues de las 4 pm. Hubieron varios incidentes que requerían atención de alguien del hotel (caida en escaleras porque no hay elevador y tema de limpieza). Los camastros, alberca, cubiertos, tina sucios. Hubo una alita de pollo (chicken wing) flotando en la alberca dos dias seguidos. La tina de la habitación sucia. Varias ventanas en las habitaciones sin persianas, por lo tanto te despertabas a las 5 am cuando pagas por un hotel para ir a descansar.

Uninspired rooms in more of a dormitory-like building not by the beach. Limited hot water, and horrible water pressure. Wifi password was nowhere to be found and the phone system wasn't working. Overall it just seemed a bad value and certainly not a luxury experience. The road to the resort was just a series of holes with exposed steel rebar.

The property is beautiful. The staff from the lotus restaurant are not friendly. Overall, the place is beautiful. Would Definitely stay again

Excellent property, great staff. Some difficulty moving around to town, but staff was great at solving this.

The entire staff was fantastic! Very helpful, courteous, and personable. The resort property was awesome and definitely recommend.

Staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and well run. Peaceful, low-keyed and picturesque. We will be back.

The property is in a great location, near great dining options, walkable to bith west bay and west end. Sophisticated but low key...island style!

This property is such a quiet, relaxing place to simply get away from it all. The staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating to every need. The property is clean, modern, and very well-appointed. I would definitely recommend Xbalanque to anyone desiring a private, secluded, upscale beach property. The Lotus restaurant onsite has really good food and drink; the sea bass was probably one of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had. You won’t be disappointed staying at Xbalanque!
