Worst room!! And we paid additional HKD580 for the tax! The hotel was a mess!!

Horrible experience there. Bad circumstances at there area. Very small lift that will make you wait so long if you are at peak time. The good thing is, the place is strategic and easy to access to everywhere but that's it, what do I expect from that price? Hahahaa :)

Just go to other hotel. It is not worth your money. Sleep in the park if you have to. I guarantee it will be better

They ask charge for room service 120HKD for each room. I book 2 room. The hotel gift me 1 room. He said 1 room more bigger. But his lying. Beware of this hotel.

Stay here for 4 nights, this hotel room was too small, far from expectation but they says HK really small everywhere so yeah what to do just enjoy it, when check in they will ask 250HKD for cleaning service charge.

Hotel location is good but the customer service su***. Rooms are very different from what they shown in the pictures. Rooms are dirty. We stayed there for 7 days they never clean the room nor change the beddings. Very bad experience it really ruined our vacation. And we cannot get a refund.

Pengalaman yang sangat buruk seperti di neraka, tolong kepada pelancong jangan pernah mau menginap di hotel ini, sangat mengerikan. Kamar seperti kotak kardus yang tinggal dibuang, belum lagi resepsionis yang sangat kasar pada saat check-in tengah malam, mohon sebaiknya menjelaskan secara detail kondisi kamar, karena yang dipesan gambarnya sangat tidak sesuai. Saya tidak akan kembali ke tempat itu seumur hidup saya. Mohon perhatian kepada pihak Traveloka, terima kasih.

Kamar yang saya request tidak sesuai saya mengajukan pembatalan hotel dari kemarin tolong bantu diselesaikan.

Awful!! The worst hostel I've ever stayed. I just checked in when I wrote this and immediately write this. 1. Extra charges 20 percent for "cleaning fee" 2. No towel - well even if they already mentioned this, still I dislike it because of all other things. 20 hkd rent towel per day. 3. No carpet in front of bathroom. The drain is really slow. So the water puddled up so high after shower - the floor in the room become wet all over. 4. The soap for shower - more like hand soap 5. No tissue to wipe the water on the floor 6. Roaches!! Big and small in the room 7. Tv not working! 8. Pillow only 1 per person and flat. 9. The elevator really sucks!! Other hostel in jordan areas gives me towels and extra as carpet + tissue. Change it everyday. No extra cleaning fee and they still clean it everyday. Soap and shampoo complete, no roaches. Elevator more than one and big per floor. Extra pillow no charges.

Mengerikan, pelayanan sangat tidak baik dan asal-asalan kamar yang diberikan pun tidak sesuai dengan pesanan.

Worst, berantakan ini hostel!
