招待處很難找到人

真的很差，房间和照片不匹配的，明明是两人间，非说是四人间。房东是个老头，态度非常差。住的时候发生两起案子，一起是旅客在房间里的钱包护照银行卡被偷，旅客说让他帮忙调一下监控，他骂人家神经病。另一起是旅客凌晨到的，好像晚了几个小时，然后给人家的房间不是图片上的，旅客和他理论，房东就在满嘴爆粗口，问候人家母亲生殖器。后来旅客报警，警察来调节。之前房东还打电话说要让他朋友过来打人，幸亏旅客自己录音，报警，要不后果不堪设想。大家真的不要再去住，我住的房间和图片上根本不一样，然后去到要换非得让你加钱，在重庆大厦A座三楼，大家不要去住，很危险的

elevator was so crowded. Counter staff was not friendly. Even booked single room was be changed to double room without notify before check in. Hotel room seems locate in many floor and not easy to search.

A poor and dirty hotel providing nothing and paying 100 dollars more for two beds that I have requested before booking. Fifty dollars for leaving luggage when I checked out .

冲涼時浴室去唔到水，Ｄ水湧出睡房，問前枱櫃位阿叔攞地拖自己抹，佢話冇，投訴又話以前都係咁！俾三幾份報紙你返房索水，自己即刻拉簾瞓覺(22:00左右)！冷氣無冷風，出涼風(風扇嗰種)，3573號房冷氣嗊暖風！

要自己帶轉接頭,很多都沒有台灣型雙插的,要轉接頭還要跟櫃台用買的....不能用借的...

这个鬼東西无法用言語形容。花了350元住一間和天橋底住差不多的賓館，只不过多了有水洗澡，但个浴室只可以站入一个人，肥点都難入，还說有浴缸。笑大个口。最生气的是訂房時明明寫了有洗髮水和洗身液，到接待室，說要收費。这間超不衛生的賓館，應該床鋪床单是没洗过的就給客人。要訂这間真的要考慮清楚的客人。給我免費來住也不会來住。

Room needs updating, no shower curtains,wash basin tap water flow very slow, no microwave oven as listed, otherwise reasonable for budget hotel room size average no facilities for storing clothing no wardrobes or cupboards, just a towel rail and hooks on the door.

A total dump, should be not recommended to the public

Stay away by all means! Terrible, absolutely terrible. Dirty, smelly. Cockroaches, black mold, dirty sheets, pilow cases. The hotel has mandatory clean-up fee of 20% of a rate! Additionally, there is a 100 local dollars deposit for freaking card key! Save your money, and choose another alternative!

受付はA座３Fにあって部屋はD座７Fのsingh guesthouseってところだった。 ３Fには14時ごろは１００％エレベータが満員で止まらないため荷物を持って階段を降りなければならないので重いと大変。 チェックインでは、追加料金（シーツ交換料一日20ドルと掃除代一日20ドル）とデポジット100ドルを払うと、何かの裏紙に入口の暗証番号を書いて渡されます。 この紙は捨てずに取っておかなければなりません。デポジットの引換券になっています。部屋の鍵を返すだけではデポジットを返してもらえません。 これはデポジット代をふんだくる詐欺のようなものです。 私は朝早い飛行機だったので前の晩にチェックアウトをしたのですが、一筋縄では行かないチェックアウトでした。 まず、デポジットを返してもらえない。 デポジット返してくれとおやじに言ったらレシート持って来いみたいなことを言われ、そんなもの貰った覚えないとなります。もしかしてあのメモ書きかと思い部屋に取りに返り（往復３０分くらいかかりますエレベータが混んでいるので）、おやじに見せるとおーこれだこれだみたいなことを言ってデポジットを返してもらえました。普通こんなメモ書き捨ててるぜどうなっているんだここのシステムは！ それともう一つ驚きのシステムが、チェックアウトすると部屋の鍵は回収されるということです。D座７Fに戻ってどうやって部屋に入るんだと聞くと、おやじがD座７Fのスタッフに電話して開けるというのだが、部屋に戻るまでの最大３０分間は鍵開けっ放しとなります。さらに、部屋に戻ると鍵がないので外に出られない。不便だ！ ところで、部屋の掃除は１回だけだったので掃除代とシーツ代返せって言いたかったけど交渉が難しいので断念しました。掃除代とシーツ代も詐欺ですね！ 他に気づいたところは、 ・シャワーのお湯がぬるいというか冷たい（温水スイッチは部屋の外にあるのでこれも不便） ・タオル、石鹸なし（タオルは受付に言うとくれるが、逆に言うと言わないとくれない） ・電波入らない、ホテルのwifiつながらない ・コンセントが２個中１個通電していない（高い位置にあるテレビ用のコンセントしか使えない） ・テレビはほとんど映らない ・ベッドががたがた 以上の理由でおすすめしません。

It was worst place I have ever seen in my life . I just check in and out at the same minute.

Hi guys.. if youre trying to book in this Hotel.. don't ever try.. or else you will really get DISAPPOINTED.. Disgusting Hotel ever.. they just want to get your money but no good service at all... RUDE RECEPTIONIST..

독특한 냄새가 있구요. 시끄럽구요. 침대는 썩어 있네요. 조금 깔끔하기만 하면 가격대비 좋은 평가를 할수 있겠는데 권장하기에는 조금 그렇고 상태 대비해서는 가격이 좋은것은 아니라는 판단이 되네요.

Upon arrival, person-in-charge in reception area told us that the room we booked does not have any own comfort room. In the first place, why would we booked a room without our own cr? For us to have our own c.r, we have to pay extra 200hkd! Otherwise, we`ll use the common c.r! -_- No choice but to add extra. Grr. Number 2, the room was really different from the picture we booked! really disappointing, it was too small for the 3 of us. We booked a room with 3 single beds, what they gave us was 1 double bed and 1 single bed. We barely move in the area due to its super limited space! Plus, c.r was really small plus its disgusting smell. >.< Wasted our money for not worthy room.

Det var hemskt att bo där. V.g Expedia samarbeta inte med deras just det finns flera motel i sammar adress, det är bara sikt och smusigt

This is the worst hotel we've experience (Chungkin Mansion). Our hotel room rooms are like cage of cockroach as it is full of cockroach. Eeewww. The bathroom are too small, the bedsheets smells like used already for a month, the fridge are very messy, the aircon & blower is not working, the room is too small. The receptionist are not accommodating. Cannot understand english and cannot speak english. Aside from that they charge us another tax which is 1050 HK dollar and when we were asking why they got angry. Overall experience is worst. Negative Five Star.

These rooms in the Chung King Mansions are always rather spartan, but for the price it usually doesn't matter. However, we had booked two twin beds, and were given a twin and a full size bed, in a room that was designed only for two twins at the most. So there was no room between the beds, and you had to crawl onto the beds to get around. The second night we were moved to a two-twin room, which was more what we were expecting.
