Very convenient location and within a couple minutes from the MTR station. Very quiet and peaceful inside the building. Friendly guests and staff. We were happy customers.

Great kindness and professionalism from the staff. Great location. The mattress could have been a bit firmer, but it was comfortable anyway.

とても、良かったです。ただ、エレベーターが2階からしかなく、 階段も狭いので、荷物が大変です。 それさえ無ければ、とても良い宿泊先だと思います。 また、2人部屋のソファをソファベットにして、3人から4人宿泊へ。 3人部屋を5人宿泊部屋にしてもらえたら、ファミリーで宿泊できると思います。

最初どのようにして入り口入るか？迷いました ドアがロックされている、 インターホンを押して今日泊まると言うとドアが開く、階段で1階まで行かなくてはならない、そこからエレベーターで2階受付へチェックイン 0階からエレベーターがあればいいのにと思います。デポジットで$1000必要です。部屋は広くキッチン付き、リビング、ベッドルーム、長期滞在にいいと思います、駅すぐで立地いいです。

Check in was good, Mr. Ali was nice person and very helpfull. Unfortunately on sunday elevator was out of service thats why we had to climb 11. Floor, but it was fixed on monday morning. Generally I advice this hotel to everybody.

It was good to stay in CHI, I like the security, clean and friendly services, if there is two beds will be perfect.

even though the building itself looks old but the condition surprisingly is clean, tidy and not too bad. me and my family are very satisfy our stays.

Pros Great price for the amount of space you get in terms of HK standards (westerners might find the space small but this is common in HK) Convenient location to bus, MTR subway, and so many great restaurants Clean and well lit. AC works pretty good The desk associates are nice and accommodating Cons Having to carry an access card and keys can be cumbersome at times. Hallways can have some noise / echo at times from other apartments closing the doors

Property is managed by a team. Members of the team seemed genuinely wanted to ensure you have a nice stay. The property is slightly older now but still very clean. The only issue is the elevator starts on the 1st floor and you need to take the stairs to get there.

The property condition is dated and the cleanliness is not up to my standard. However, the staffs are very friendly and attentive. I have to give credit to the staffs because they did their best to address our issue. The location is fantastic as it is situated in the heart of the Kowloon area. Walking to MTR is just minutes away. This building elevator is located on the first floor and you will need to take the stairs up from the ground floor to the first floor in order to access it, which i am fully aware of it.

素晴らしくスタッフの対応が良い。 ハプニングにも柔軟に対応してもらえて嬉しかった。 エレベーターの故障は仕方ないけど、毎日階段は疲れた。 屋上にも行きたかったが、15階まで階段はキツかった。 ネイザンロード沿いなので、交通・買い物全てにおいてgoodでした。 帰る頃にはスタッフさん達と友達のような関係になれて、楽しかった。 階段が多いが、重い荷物もスタッフさん達が手伝ってくれたので助かった。 また泊まりたいです。
