Staff was caring, solve my problem for the room

I stayed with Eaton many times and the bed and breakfast were top in the city centre. Must get a bowl of sweet soup in the famous Kai Kai sweet soup nearby. However there is no kid swimming pool and the pool and gym closed at 730pm which was really early. The bathtub was a bit obsolete and needs some renovations in the future. We stayed at the glasshouse view room. The view was fantastic but there was some dirt on the window that need some deep cleaning.

We arrived earlier than the check-in time and the staff checked the room was available, and allowed us to get the room earlier.

三人房大小適當，客房打掃很和氣，只是房間隔音不太好而已😌

I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

This was the second time that I lived in this hotel for my trip from UK to HK. The first room was in good condition. However, the bath room got mold at the top near the ceiling this time. Hotel should clean the mold before customer's visit. Staffs of concierge provided excellent service. They kept some of my luggages as I travel to Tokyo. They are polite and give good advice for washing our clothes nearby. They are helpful when I arrived for taking care my luggages and do the same at the time I left. The check-in and check-out experience are good for both visits.

上次住宿過的房間較大較新感覺不錯所以今次再度入住，結果給我們的房間又舊又小，床腳對正房門感覺很不好

I got a quieter room last time so I’m quite satisfied. Eaton offers a convenient location for all which is one of the major reasons why I chose it again. It’s a small but has a bit of everything.

The soundproof is bad, we could hear everything from the corridor and the rooms nearby.

Staff are all friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. MTR station is in just 8-min walking distance. Bus availability allows us to go to everywhere in HK. There’s a food hall at the basement of the Hotel and a Michelin restaurant too. The food hall opens only after 11am so need to find somewhere else for breakfast, but no worry as there are plenty of other options around. We had a family room with one double bed, a bunk bed and a sofa bed. This is very excellent for families with children and all members can stay in the same room. The condition of the room is not too bad, but mouldy tile grouts were found in the bathroom. Some of the towels were found with dirts as well, but the friendly staff acted quickly and changed them for us. We were locked in the room the first night when a screw from the chain lock came out, but again the staff helped with that quickly so we could finally get out of the room.
