Eco Tree Hotel Causeway Bay

酒店環境整體都不錯，但是員工態度有待改善。明明在入住當晚跟前台職員確定過，可以延遲到一點check out。但是隔天12點電話便響，我們解釋了，但他們仍然態度不友善，而且要我們12:30立刻離開。😅

Very convenient hotel. Small but clean and cosy.

酒店比我想像中好，空間夠大應有盡有例如水壺、茶包、糖、奶、罐裝水。房間有大落地窗，所以很乾猛，晚上床上比較暗只靠四盞小射燈，但住得很舒服，值得推薦！

乾淨，交通、用餐都很方便

1.附近交通方便 2.對面早餐店（德島）很好吃，附近有很多可以吃的店家 3.唯一的缺點就是太潮濕了

聽到隔離房沖厠所聲音，隔音差。我提出換房，酒店人員（經理）居然說“你決定住進來之前，沒有看過其他住客留言嗎？有些人也覺得隔音差”，並堅持要我錄到別人沖厠所聲音才考慮換房。

water keep coming out from the toilet tank, the flush is broken. I have booked a king size bed but at last they provided twin bed with saying “you haven't request”

可以比我第二天 late check out 7pm ，超正！

整體清潔，環保 環境清靜

交通方便，價錢也合理。

Check-in時間跟快，員工態度尚可 房間因upgrade了，感覺算大 3星级酒店來說是，房間浴室乾淨整潔，合格有餘 唯獨是樓層的走廊很焗熱，没有冷氣

因為有大電視跟Netflix，才會定期過來住 但6-8月來過幾次，發現wifi信號變差 到8月來的那一次，由check in 到check out都用不到任何網路⋯

Overall very good experiences, hotel staffs are nice, efficient and helpful, especially the receptionist and the lift lobby Security. Hardware and the room, sharp and clean. Location closed to MTR, supermarket, and restaurants. No bars or clubs next to make it safer and quiet at night. Only, the HSKP response a bit low, most of the request takes around 30mins or even missed to deliver, the towel is clean with fresh smell, but the quality of it wear and tear already.

Have to say this is still one of the best boutique hotel in town! Great services and a 5 start house keep team! Thank you Amy Yim and your team making sure my stay is wonderful and taken care of me during the stay! From check in and out including extension of stay was smooth and excellent!

I wanted to say a big thank you to the Eco Tree Causeway Bay hotel house keeping team who not only provided the best services in-house keeping I have had but they went above and beyond in service delivery to ensure I got everything I needed for a great stay! Thank you so much Ms Amy Yim and her team! This is the first visit since my last stay which I was Sadly mistreated but the hotel management soon reply with positive step for service recovery and which is why I choose to go back there for another try. This time hotel provided all that it should and staff was pleasant and friendly as always. Room was comfortable and cozy as usual and it was a great stay at a good location.

整體而言，非常好又有Netflix 睇 但好像只有單人床 即使是給雙人床房，都只是把2張單人床合併用雙人床單 中間會有一條空隙，撇除這點 是非常值得租的酒店

I have stay at this hotel in 2019 at least 15 nights more then Any other on Hk this year & always found it to be good quality in service and comfortable bed to sleep in. However after my last stay from Dec 5th until 11th 2019, for the first time in my life I have never been so disappointed and treated so badly upon check out at any hotel around the world! Being a regular guest they gave me late check out at 2pm as usual which I appreciates. However as I over slept and started to pack they start to harass me to check out or extend my room with 5 calls within 30mins before 2pm! Even with do not disturb on they had house keeping to ring my door to chase me out! I then call down and requested the manger to be present so I may decide if needed to extend the room given I got down to front desk at 2:30pm! Upon meeting the manager she told me if I think other hotels do not do the same I am welcome to stay at other hotel!!! I never been so insulted in my life! Give current hk hotel industry is suffering from recent drop i tourism she said they hotel still fully booked and need the double bed which I had occupy! So meaning they had plenty of twins room as the hotel rate that day was only $478HKD for my room type! Aside for the price being so cheap they have the nerve to treat their regular guest so rudely. Even a gold member at Hotel.com they did care! I hope the management will see this review and warn all guest that of u are late do t be surprise you get the boot!
