When arriving the hotel and floor of my room, I felt that the lighting was so dim. It didn't look like a normal hotel in my expectation. But it's okay as I just stayed for one night and basically just a bath and an overnight sleep. The bathroom door couldn't be closed, the hotel should pay attention to maintenance.

The first room I checked into was far subpar for cleanliness. One of the air conditioning vents were also spotted to be dripping with water at two locations. Hotel housekeeping and engineering visited and advised us to change rooms if available.
Room change was fairly swift; the second room had almost identical layouts, but several pieces of furnitures were damaged.
The stay was generally pleasant and as described in hotel's photos, though I would have expected a little less disappointments for the price of stay.
