L'etoile Hella Inn - Private Room & Capsule

洗脸盆漏水， 浴巾太小，与其说是浴巾，不如说是面巾。 床单蓬松，摸起来痒痒的。 这家酒店的优点就在于位置离地铁站很近。

我认为这个地方适合短暂的度假。

酒店员工很友好。起初，通过电脑自助入住遇到了一些困难，但工作人员通过聊天迅速做出了回应。起初我预订了一间家庭房，但房间有点漏水，后来我升级到了附近一栋楼的房间。房间更大，也更舒适。总的来说，我非常满意，酒店离所有地方都很近。

虽然我订的是家庭房，但房间太小了。 浴室漏水，水会流进房间。 浴室很小。 跟照片不一样。 售价100万卢比，不值。

一开始，我的床有异味。我来的时候他们好像还没清理，因为那里根本没工作人员值班。最后他们允许我换到另一间胶囊房。到目前为止，一切都很好。除了这个问题，一切都很好。

幸好我的预算有限，还好，价格合适。所以别期待太多。

入住退房都只需要机器办理，设施还是比较齐全的，有香皂，洗发水，牙刷，牙膏，小毛巾，吹风机，冰箱，热水器，洗衣机，餐具。与一年前住在这里的人聊天，我发现有些设施已经减少了，比如咖啡机。胶囊内相当干净，有衣架、毛巾架、USB电源插座和3个头。但是空调很热：（看了其他评论，原来这个问题已经持续很长时间了。房间前面有一个鼓风机，所以当你睡觉的时候门是开着的，幸运的是，你住在离门最近的胶囊里，这样你就能感觉到风。但是如果你住在离门很远的胶囊里，就会感觉很热（很多人打开窗帘）。不过每个胶囊里都有一个小风扇，这很有帮助。

Great location, price, just barely ok. The photos are really old, it's not exactly misleading but it's not really clean either. The capsule bed I was assigned has a massive dip in the middle, so it's not comfortable. There is no airflow in the capsule so it can get REALLY hot inside. They did not plug up the airflow vents in the units. The bathroom is clean-ish, but the towels are not replenished daily. The bathroom fan doesn't work properly, so it's going to be very steamy and some how, guests make the floor all wet??? They had a water dispenser, but while I was there, there was some rennovation going on in the womens bathroom and then the kitchen area. The water dispenser was removed, but WHY??? Nothing makes sense here lol. Wifi also really trash in the far side of the building. Honestly, I just don't think they pay the cleaner there enough to care to keep it up to a good standard. It was just a domestic worker that lives and works there. Book here for a few days, but no more. Great location if you need to travel in a pinch.

Love the microwave, fridge, glasses, plate, toilet, washroom, location, they also provide small towel. After your payment, don't forget to check your email and WhatsApp them, this is self-service check-in, you will get directions and the way how to check in. One floor consists of 4 shower rooms, everything is so good.

My AC was leaking and I already told the owner, but until now there's no action or engineer to fix the air conditioning.

Foto hotel tidak sesuai ekspetasi. Udah itu paling parah cari alamat hotelnya ga ada petunjuk plang hotel sampe muter-muter nanya orang berapa kali. Fasilitas kebersihan ga ada. Staff yang standby ga ada. Mohon di benahi pelayanannya.

在这里住了四晚，价格实惠，真是太棒了！位置超级棒！距离尖沙咀站、7/11便利店以及附近众多餐厅和商店仅一分钟路程。客厅、卧室和浴室都出奇地干净、温暖、舒适，感觉就像家一样。各种设施齐全，比如微波炉、烤箱、直发器，甚至还有按摩椅（长途步行后每天都用）！我很高兴选择L'etoile de Mer作为我的第一次单人旅行住宿，也在这里结识了一些新朋友 :)
