The hotel service was excellent. The staff were friendly and nice. The rooms were clean and everything was tidy.

When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies will be applied and all guest names are required.

住宿沒有牙刷牙羔等供應,說是環保.我買了这些用品, 用了三天,還是丟掉,牙羔還剩大半支,剃刀還有幾支, 環保嗎?
洗手間没有掛鉤及小毛巾. 淋浴花洒軟喉短, 房間還有洗菜盆及电炉, 没有煲, 碗, 筷, 哈哈,酒店或是民宿.

The room is not clean with outdated furniture and decoration. TV screen has been broken with spots when watching program and not even able to use casting service for Netflix or Disney+. We have found small roaches crawling around in the room during our stay. The carpet on the floor is pretty dirty. The bathroom is not clean, especially the toilet and bathtub. We see lots of dirty stained spots. And the room rate is pretty pricey during our stay for more than 200 USD a night. However, the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall quality of this hotel need renovation.
