Lokasi strategis. Dekat ke pusat-pusat perbelanjaan. Dekat ke stasiun MTR. Dekat ke Victoria Harbour. Di samping hotel banyak jual makanan.

Saya menginap 4 malam di sini. Lokasinya sangat strategis, dekat dengan Park & Shop jadi bisa beli sayur, buah, telur mentah untuk di masak sendiri. Sebagai muslim, tidak mudah nyari restoran berlabel halal, tapi persis di samping hotel ini ada restoran halal. Selain itu juga mudah aksesnya ke mana-mana, lumayan dekat dengan stasiun MTR East Tsim Sha Tsui. Dekat juga dengan museum science dan museum sejarah Hongkong (cukup jalan kaki). Jadi pernah satu hari hujan deras dari pagi, akhirnya mlipir main ke museum, jadinya waktu nggak terbuang. Sangat recommended hotelnya 😊👍.

The hotel itself is quite outdated, but it was clean, the location is perfect (walking distance to Avenue of the Stars), and one thing we were really glad we did was to take the paid room upgrade to a suite! The standard room is quite spacious, especially for Hong Kong already, so of course the suite would be really spacious. It was old fashioned but again, was clean. With the room upgrade, we got early check-in, access to the exclusive lounge (it was wonderful! Snacks, massage chair, alcohols!), late check-out, and airport transfer. It was for sure worth the upgrade! Dennis at the Front Office was really helpful and great. We had an amazing stay!

位於熱鬧區，跟朋友約吃飯的餐廳剛好走路2分鐘就到，非常方便，因為香港的士很貴~~。有一點驚訝的是，房間內的飲用水，標價100港幣，因為太貴，所以沒有開來喝，不知道是甚麼味道。

I arrived late to the hotel due to flight delay ~10pm. The hotel barricade the entrance for taxi to the lobby! We had to push our luggage through bricks roads & no one from Concierge or Bell Services is available or interest to notice us. The lobby is very very dated. Upon waking in, two girls at the Concierge directed me to the Check In desk from their desk! One person at check in desk. The guy is prompt & even upgraded us to a nice room at 15th floor with a condition… no lift services but staircase only! I have two big luggage to haul. It is a moronic design. While I appreciate the upgrade, I had to decline it. So, a normal room. Nothing great to mentioned about the room or the amenities. It is very difficult to decide if I event come back. Not worth the price paid!

一進房間就嗅到厠所的怪味，通知客服上來房間處理，但房務部員工好像不知怎麼處理，要我教她拿空氣清新劑來噴厠所，酒店的設施也較舊，房間空間小。
