They do not clean my room even with the additional fee and telling me they will do it.

Room is very small. Not easy to open suitcase or moving. No hot water in bath room. So can't shower. Water is very cold. And shower not strong. Only small water. But room quite clean and smell okay.

The location in the lobby is not like a lobby where I usually see, it is like a market where so many people selling things, it is very crowded. I am even so confused where is the Receptionist. I need to spend half an hour and ask so many people to find it so I can check in. I am also very confused where my room is. I have to pay for the cleaning fee, but I cannot see that is cleaned enough, the thin shoe, the tissue, the spray, the toothbrush are not replaced. The toilet door cannot be locked. The room is also very small and dirty.

We have to pay service charge 130 HKD.

Sempit banget kamarnya tapi cukup bersih. Cuma enggak dikasih mineral water, terus dikenakan pajak penginapan 2 malam 117 HKD. Cuma lokasi strategis dekat ke Avenue of Stars, K11 Musea, dan ke MTR.

Ini hotel paling buruk: saya salah booking kamar yang hanya untuk 2 jam lalu mau upgrade ke kamar yang 24 jam. Yang terjadi adalah si staff hotel kasih harga gila.upgrade kamar lebih mahal daripada booking kamar baru lagi. Setelah baca reviews yang lain jadi tahu buruknya service hotel ini. Semoga keluarga staff hotel ini sehat semua supaya bisa tobat.

bad staff, poor cleanliness, bad owner. the hostle is in bad state. its a waste of money to stay here! I will never return in this hotel ever again...

Kebersihan oke, tapi jalan masuk menuju hostel kurang bersahabat, apalagi kalau bawa anak-anak.

For backpackers, Chungking mansion is a great deal, beside the MTR and bus station, good value for location. it was confusing at first, that we must go to 12th floor to check in and room was in 17th, while the elevator only reach into 16 and must use stairs while lifting suitcases

The staff there is pervert not good in transaction and when check in he did not let me stay for an hour because my check I am is 2pm I arrived by 8am so I told him I stay but he refused and say no

Kamar terlalu kecil dan sempit bahkan geser pantat saja susah

People are nice. The place is clean

We had a pleasant stay in Chungking Mansion. The one maintaining our flat in 17th floor is May a Filipina. She is accommodating and easy to ask favors. Planning to book again in this hotel once I comeback in Hongkong. 👍🏻👍🏻

we look for the place but, they said that we just book the room for short time (2 hours) and its already pass 2 hours. so we can't stay there. if we want to stay we have to pay more money 200 dollar hongkong per room. so we decided to leave and just book another reservation that night for two room in Best Western Hotel. and we stay there for one night. that's I can share with you.

Hotel is good as they clean it everyday, but their service was quite not good, the room that assigned to us is far from other room which they handle that's why we don't even have hot & cold water to drink compare to others hotel I saw in the other floor they provide everything (water dispenser, refrigerator, microwave)...

It’s the worst hostel I’ve ever been.

I thought the whole payment I did was for the whole stay and the tax. But the hotel asked me for 136hk dollar for the tax. How come that happened?
