Clean and quiet

Some of the things I didn’t like - the AC was noisy for some reason . No way to fix the noise. The room didn’t provide eating utensils and the front desk didn’t have any either so they couldn’t bring any up to the room. I had made a certain request when I was checking in and it was not met. I had to come back down and get it straightened out. Not sure if she wasn’t listening or just didn’t care. Things I found good - Room was quite spacious. Shower was good with 2 choices (hand held showerhead and rainfall) and water pressure was strong. Very convenient location . Overall I was satisfied. It’s not the Four Seasons or Rosewood but I didn’t have to pay those prices either.

Location is great for me. I only need a place to rest at night, this hotel is perfect for me.

Room is old and quite run down. Toilet has bad smell. The only plus point is location. Very convenient to travel to hk island.

It's convenient and quiet location. Restaurants and transportations around are unique. Not crowded nor busy within the property which offers comfort and peacefulness.

The reception can be warmer. Breakfast is average.

Clean and tidy. Spacious. Easy to travel by MTR.

Best for location and very quiet for Hong Kong. Need updating...

Location was excellent being a short block away from Nathan Road and within walking distance from Temple Street Market and Ladies Market.

good location. right along Nathan rd can walk to tsim sha tsui or mongkok, temple st night market is right around the corner and very near mtr station too. room n toilet is very spacious suitable for wheelchair users. great value for money will definitely stay there again.

It is in a GREAT location. The room is spacious and comfortable. However, several updates would be very helpful: 1) bathroom - the gout is black/dirty, need to remodel; 2) it would be nice to replace windows with dual-pane; 3) the furniture needs some refreshing; 4) the electric outlets are limited and in hard to reach places.

My hotel room was spacious. All the furnishings were clean. The staff is professional.

Good location., mtr and bus stops are minute away, shopping and restaurants all around. Friendly staff. Pillows uncomfortable, bathroom should be remodeled.

Convenient location 5mins walk to subway system and walking distance to superb and authentic dim sum places. Spacious and clean room. Good for couples or family stay in Hong Kong.
