The service is good and shuttle bus service staffs helpful and excellently

The bathtub and toilet look dirty. I was there for a night and i can endure it. Bed was fine

The room was good: small fridge, space to move even with our two big and two small suitcases, daily cleaning, good WiFi . Even though only two lifts, we didn't have to wait long. Free drinking water dispenser in foyer. No small bottles of shampoo, toothbrush etc due to HK legislation . A reasonable number of buses stop in front of the hotel. Tram a three min walk away. MTR (underground) a bit farther away. Free shuttle bus to airport express check-in and few other locations.

Customer service was lacking, not doing any more than checking in and out, marginally answering questions. Access to the room: - the last night, at 10:30 pm, someone knocked, shouted "housekeeping", unlocked the door and started entering the room (10:30 at night!!) - the next morning, when I went for a walk for breakfast (a couple of hours before check out), I was locked out, key card no longer worked. After going to the front desk about and getting a new card, security escorted me back to the room and acted like I didn't know how to use the keycard. - then about thirty minutes before check out, I heard the lock mechanism on the door...it was resetting. So when I left again, I was locked out. (Thankfully I had everything with me) The hotel was a fine experience before then: nothing bad or extra about it. After the last night and morning, I felt unwelcomed.

As per their ad that it’s suitable for family i will advise otherwise. We booked 2 bedrooms and paid the 2 double bed rooms as advertised on Expedia. There was no double beds, only single beds. There was 6 of us so 2 double beds per room was ideal but we had to make do with 2 single beds in one and a double bed in the other. There was only 4 pillows and 4 towels for 6 people. Our booking was clear for 6 people. We asked for late checkout since our departure was late we were told to check later on only to be told last minute to vacate the room. So we sat out from 11am till 5pm before we head to the airport for our 9pm departure. I wouldnt recommend Cosmo hotel for families

Good clean hotel with very helpful staff. There is a shuttle bus but we used taxis as they are cheaper than the IK. Great views from our 15th floor room. No breakfasts but the room price was so low I was happy.

Very courteous and polite staff. We were allowed early check in and late check out without any hassle. Rooms were clean and hotel is very conveniently located to restaurants and public transport.

The hotel had advertising for an in-house bar next to the elevator on my floor. The downstairs area where the bar used to be was now a storage area. Where's the gym? In the Dorsett. Where's the laundry service? In the Dorsett. Ah well, I got what I paid for and by all observations both the bed, shower and toilet were clean.

We stayed there for 6 nights and the first day arriving we had to pull our luggage up the hill to the hotel and for 2 elderly people it was not convenient for us. The room was clean but bathroom light in shower didn't work and faucet was loose almost falling off. The box breakfast was nice to have but could've warmer. Compared to the Dorsett limited staff and services like afternoon treats or cooling water (lemon or lime) as you come back from a hot day. Not a lot of smiling faces to greet or help your luggage or bulky items. No carts to help take luggage to our room or someone too help. The lighting seemed dim most of the time. The area for boiling water and microwave and coffee was not the best but adequate. The rating of 7.4 is probably accurate as for the price we will look elsewhere for slightly more to get better amenities and service.

This hotel shares the shuttle service with it's sister hotel Dorsett Wan Chai. The shuttle is a great help as the nearest subway station is about 10 minutes walks away. Cosmo advertised laundry service is available but you actually have to go to Dorsett to use their washers and dryers. It's kind of inconvenient even though it's only about a minute walk away, Once in a while, I could smell cigarette smoke coming out from the ventilaion system, mostly late in the night. Also there is no soap available by the sink, you have to turn around to use the bottle fixed to the wall above the bath tub.

The hotel corridor on our level smelled mouldy. The bathroom sink top is not very clean. There’s a bath tub but I can feel it’s not very clean, therefore we only took showers during our 9 nights stay. The mugs and rinsing glasses in the room has also got coffee/tea marks on it, hence we drank out of the bottle the entire time. What puts me off the most is, the fridge is not cool enough for my soy milk, a few of our items actually went off from the fridge temperature. What I liked was, it was quiet and has a nice city view. Walkable distance to the trams to Kennedy Town. They also offered breakfast in a box each morning, so that was handy.
