Nice stay will definitely stay again good location for transport too

Excellent property with very efficient staff and good food. Train and bus stations are within walking distance so the hotel has very good connectivity as well. Overall I had a wonderful stay.

This property is pretty far out from the island so prepare for a long commute even with the new rail built. The Pool is closed from November to April which was quite upsetting since Expedia showed it was open. It was the only reason I switched hotels at the end of my trip as it was the only few that had open pools listed. It didn't help that the staff reception was instantly dismissive of my question regarding the pool. To Ms Yi or Yu whatever her name tag said with the tiniest of names, you are lucky I didn't chrip back when you loudly told me NO very loudly. The room I stayed in leaked water and smelled of mold. Everything looks new but it was just painted over. The shower leaked by the door and THROUGH THE WALL to the front door. Oozed of the brown rust on a white tile. Sorry to the towel lady for using so many towels to soak up the pools of brown water. My second room only leaked at the shower door like most glass doors do. So I had a bad luck of the draw. On a positive note, the vending machine had decently priced drinks and snacks, (cheaper than 7/11 for a can of coke.) The gym was small for such a large hotel, and there was a lot of terrace space, but no seats. I would probably recommend the Royal Park Hotel over this hotel as it is much newer and better located to the MTR. Also why is the escalator the only way to get in from the street level. Bringing a few suitcases to the main floor from the street was a nightmare.

Very old property. Some renovated rooms, some not. Super old toilets, smelly carpet, dirty windows are what you can expect, given relatively cheap rates.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's a bit confusing having Sha Tin in the hotel name as the closest MTR station is actually Shek Mun

Nice hotel in a good area. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy transportation by metro and buses. There is a river across the street from the hotel, which is great for a morning or evening walk.

Located in Walkable residential community, walk to Shek Mun train station in 5-8 minutes to connect to MTR subway System, about 30 minutes to Austin station to go to HK west Kowloon station for Hi speed train to China bus stations outside the hotel main entrance to go to various places, including bus to airport and HkMacaoZhuihai bridge, next to public and private housing properties hence plenty of eateries and restaurants. Supermarket downstairs Staff friendly, helpful and efficient at front desk, cleaning etc. Standard hotel room with small fridge, city view, free Wi-Fi etc.

Very close to restaurants, clean, good service, easy to reach from airport. Clean spacious room that oversees the river. Affordable laundry service just 10 mins away, can arrange delivery to hotel, very convenient Quiet, safe area where restaurants still very easy to reach

The Concierge of the hotel was excellent. The gentleman who assisted me with getting to my room, booking a limousine back to the airport is an asset to this facility. The in room dining was okay they just have to get the food to the room before it's less than room temperature warm. The only dislike is not being a lento adjust room temperature of 24c, it's as if they do t have heat

Room is clean. Front lobby staff are friendly. Room service on time. Close to MTR station and stopping mall. Many different Hong Kong styles restaurants close around.

The room is noisy and not clean.

The WiFi was good which I needed for a Zoom meeting. Although the property had a pool it was only seasonal. It's in a pretty good location, there's a laundromat near by if you don't want to pay for the pricey hotel laundry service.
