Television broadcast disruption regularly, also had challenges with ADA friendly services in my room could have been my fault. Everything else was good.

The hotel had all the nice amenities, the staff was great, breakfast buffet was extensive and it was a quick walk to the waterfront for dining and for talking a beatify run around the harbor walkway

Staff was very helpful to arrange connect rooms for our family, great service, friendly and prompt respond to our request

Wow! If u want privacy and noise control this is you! I’ve not been to a hotel where I can’t hear my neighbors at all. Didn’t hear any flushing of toilets, bathing, showering. This is unlike any other Crowne Plaza hotels. We weee super impressed.

Nice hotel Helpful staff Just a little bit dated now

This is a very nice hotel, the best in the area near Tseung Kwan O. It is directly above the Tseung Kwan O MTR station and has excellent access to public transportation. The rooms and amenities are very modern, and the mattress is comfortable. The area around the hotel is very safe, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Note that this is on the eastern edge of Kowloon, and it is about a 40-minute MTR ride to most of the touristy areas (Central, Mong Kok, etc.) The hotel runs a shuttle to the Kowloon station, for easy access to the airport.

Rooms are a little dark

A good location, clean, good line of staff, nice fitness center. It could be better if elevator is faster.

We like the breakfast, the flexibility of the location, the 24 hours fitness center , shopping center, subway, bus, within reach as well as the courtesy shuttle. The draw back was the elevators, frequently waited awhile, possible due to the outside guests came in for the dining or attend certain special occasions.

It is nice and safe.

Amazing staff and clean. If you need help going somewhere or help in general they offer the best help they can. All staff including reception, luggage storage, and the maids who clean your rooms and the buffet staff 5 Star to them all. Would also like to thank the hotel staff for a lovely birthday surprise, thank you so much

The hotel located at Tseung Kwan O area, which is not a usual place for tourist so the price is good
