Beautiful property in close proximity to the airport. Free airport shuttle was convenient!

Good stuff, would be nice if had more stuff going on in the surrounding area

Very clean, good shower, comfortable bed, easy checking shuttle back to sirport

The hotel is fine but I just stayed one night to catch up the early flight in next day. Not so much to share technically.

Hotel is very clean, in excellent condition, airport transfer bus convenient, only complaint is that bus driver was inpatient and rude to some passengers which left quite a bad 1st impression for most of us on the bus, bus runs every hour to and from airport, overall a very good one night stay

Clean and great location

Shuttle to the Mall is so convienent as well close proximity to the Airport.

The shuttle service was excellence.

The front desk assistants are very friendly and helpful. They showed me how to take the hotel shuttle bus to subway station, they let me borrow the correct electric plug without additional charge. The breakfast has a lot of options. Thank you! I enjoyed my stay🙏👍

This is my 2nd stay and I love this Hotel. The water is hot the food is great, staff is Friendly and on point, helpful and thoughtful. Hotel is always immaculate. Beds are comfortably, rioms are quiet. Shute to airport,Mall and subway system to and from. I wish more hotels were this good. Anyone posting negatives probably are constipated, and easily upset. The hotel is busy abd staff can only do so much. So check in may take a few minutes but not overly long. This is a wonderful place to stay for family, business or leisure trips.

Very comfortable stay in a nice area. Room has a nice ocean view even the room is facing city side. Shuttle service was good; allow about 15 minutes from arrival area to walk to and find the shuttle pickup spot. We only stayed one night for the overnight flight stopover so didn’t get to explore the area.

Hotel could consider increasing shuttle bus frequency during peak hours. I had to wait for the next bus back to the hotel from Tung Chung mrt station at 9.45pm because of the extremely long queue. In front of me were a pair of parents with one of them carrying their 2 year old child who had fallen asleep on her father’s shoulder. They too had to wait for the next bus. It was rather sad that no one gave up their seat to them

Fast efficient staff

Great property--very nice room: great bed, hot water, etc. Price was fair. Shuttle to/from airport was good.
