This hotel is very convenient in it's location. Easy to get around. Shops, restaurants, bars and markets, all around.

Luxurious - friend efficient staff

Room is spacious, comfortable bed. Convenient location for public transport as well as walkable to surrounding restaurants and shopping.

This is my second time staying here. And overall services, as well location are excellent. However hotel is showing it’s age and does requires room and maintenance updates to stay competitive with other hotels within the city. The good, close to all transit hubs and taxis are ready available due to many restaurants and bars within the block of hotel The not so good, as stated above, if you want a modern room with all updated amenities; than this hotel will not work for you. For me, I might be staying at a more modern hotel on my return trip in March…but who knows as I just can’t get over the location of this hotel

It is quite convenient, only one stop to Causeway Bay. It will be good that the cleaner can ensure the room is clean thoroughly before leaving.

The hotel is nicely located. Very convenient. Room is clean and updated. On the smallish side but similar to others in this price range. Hotel staffs were very helpful. I would definitely come back.

Felt like a luxury hotel with excellent customer service without luxury prices. My friend and I stayed in a clean, spacious 2 double bed room that appeared to be recently updated. Perfect location with easy access to the MTR. Highly recommend.

Dedicated concierge staff

The hotel is well maintained with an amazing shower. It is also really quiet. The staff help us work through language issues with arranging taxis for us and recommending different activities to do

My experience at Gloucester Luk Kwok Hotel was disappointing and frustrating. For three consecutive nights, the room next to mine hosted loud parties that went on until 3 or 4 a.m., repeatedly waking me up. Despite the disturbances, hotel staff failed to address the issue, even after I finally called reception at 4 a.m. on the third night—by which time the party had already ended. The facilities were also underwhelming. While some floors appear to be renovated, my room was on an older, run-down floor. To make matters worse, housekeeping ignored the “Do Not Disturb” sign and called, waking me up unnecessarily. The location is convenient, but that’s the only positive I can mention. Unless location is your only concern, I would not recommend staying here.

Place is very clean, excellent room service. Staff overly cooperative and helpful. Having in mind that I am a big walker, the accessibility is very good. I highly recommend. I am on to my 2 other countries in this trip😂😂😂

All round good performance. Room was excellent and clean and every5thing in good working order.

Property is in close proximity to Wan Chai MTR. Rooms were big and clean. It was very chilly in the room even with air conditioning turned off. Do ask for an heater. They promptly provided and made the whole stay very comfortable.
