Excellent view, friendly and helpful staff

Great staff and ok living, the in room carpets need huge work. We had booked 2 rooms and one was borderline in cleanliness, the other was down right filthy. Main entrance is gorgeous, but back door leading to the convention center and ceremony halls, toward the back, the base boards are stained. Dinning and room service was good

Really wonderful experience. We had the most beautiful view of the Victoria Hourbour during lunar new year and watched incredible fireworks. Even without the fireworks, the view was beautiful to wake up to every day for the 6 nights we were there. The service was amazing. Inroom dining was fast and delicious, and the restaurants in the hotel were incredible. I work from my laptop, so I found many places I could open up my computer, order food, drink coffee, and enjoy a peaceful day. I paid extra to have service to and from the airport and was definitely worth it. I am a 5'2'' female with a 5 year old, and they took my luggage from the start of my journey from the airport all the way to my hotel, as well as from my hotel, all the way through check in and all the way to security. It made my journey stress free and just wonderful. We walked to the ferry which only took a few minutes, and explored much of the harbour and Hong Kong as the location was very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here for modern inconveniences, the service, amazing restaurants, and an incredible view, and location close to everything. 5 stars!
