We stayed here for 5 days on a recent trip to Hong Kong and loved our stay. Great daily breakfast, super accommodating staff - we brought the wrong adapters and they provided us some right away to use during our stay at no extra charge. The location is a bit out of the way from the main downtown area but we didn’t mind this so much - the subway is super convenient and it made us learn how to get around which helped us see more of the city. Great visit all around!

Amazing hotel close to the train mrt so easy to go anywhere in hongkong and close to shopping. Safe area for family. Staff hotel really nice specialy David at the reception!

Close proximity to MTR station. A lot of local food choices near the hotel. However, breakfast choices are very limited and not tasty.

The first 3 nights we booked wasn’t good enough, carpet is dirty, and we didn’t realised until our last night that the bedsheet wasn’t cleaned enough and our backs had rashes and itchy
We mentioned to the staff and they apologised. They also made sure our second 3 nights booking was good and they did

Easy access to public transportation for shopping and downtown and other travel spots. The hotel is quiet and a great help of providing daily breakfast The host service and daily room cleaning are appreciated. Strongly recommended for simple travel and resting place. Thank you.

Carpet extremely dirty.
Fan for ventilation and heat is very noisy.
Bad smell，stingy smell around 4am every day coming from bathroom. Either from the ventilation fan exhaust or from the toilet bowl.
Staff at the reception are good and helpful.

Overall is good, but it would be better to have a bathtub. The guard at the main entrance seemed functionless that he would not help holding the door when you needed to move your heavy luggage. He was found sleeping when entered or left the property during the late night.
