I think overall it was value for the amount of money. HK can be expensive this was in a great location, sure the building on outside was ran down alitte, the shower was small the bed was a little harder than I liked but overall I think it offers great value The staff were friendly the aircon was great The rooms were cleaned and location great

The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I thought the room was small but the service and attentiveness was much bigger. I would certainly return.

The staff and location were beyond reproach. The only complaint I have is the shower facilities were a bit snug, but I am above average in height and overall size. When I visit HK again I plan to stay at Mingle!

Great value for your money.

very comfortable stay. building is old but the room feels modern and clean. room is still on small side and shower space is really compact with the curtains. you can hear the shower/water sounds from adjacent unit. location is wonderful, however. plenty of food places and shopping within 5-10 min walk nestled between wan chai/causeway bay. mtr/buses also nearby. staff is nice and helpful.

If you're fat, you're going to struggle staying here. Then again, if you're fat, you're going to struggle anywhere in Asia. The shower was so small that, if you weigh more than 190lbs, you're going to struggle. Thankfully I have not hit that yet, but I'm getting close. Also, one of the other guests decided to smoke in a non-smoking hotel, which you could smell in the shower. The room itself was alright. It's a $50/night in HK, so you can't expect too much. Private bathroom, small desk, had a window that was frosted and unusable. No fridge and the wifi was ok. Pretty close to some food, fairly close to the MRT/MTR/Metro.

Pretty convenient and good location. Close to subway station and restaurants. Stuff was friendly. Room is small and there was a little dust on my bed (black dots), but it was fine cause i only stayed for one night.

Great place. Small enough to be personal. Location is super convenient. Just a few steps from the Ding ding (tram) which gives fastest way to downtown at the princely sum of HKD2.6. And short walk to a whole host of small, trendy eateries and bars that are gentrifying new WanChai. Small rooftop to sit out in the evenings. This hotel is super hard to beat....great value for money. In cute rennovated tong lau. Not luxury but convenience and value for money are key in HK.

Great value for money given the location. Room was simple but perfectly suitable.

Very very convienice to go everywhere, 5-10 minutes walk to metro station, good customer services, clean & comfort room.

The hotel is in the middle of Wan Chai which accessible to many facilities and public transport. The MTR Wan Chai Station was just 5 min walk and tram and bus stop were a few steps away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was basic and quite small but clean and comfortable, for two people. Affordable for those who do not want to spend too much on accommodation.

Good location and convenient. Didn't like the fact that all the windows were blocked with transparency cover so you can't look out outside...makes no sense and you feel caged in.
