Booked this hotel for a special birthday staycation, expecting great service given its superb ratings. Unfortunately, it fell short. At check-in (2 PM), we found our fridge wasn’t cold—an issue as we brought a cake and wine. We called concierge, waited 30 minutes with no response, and informed them before heading to lunch. By 5 PM, the fridge was still non-functional. Concierge gave excuses, claiming the previous guest had changed the settings. When we requested a room change, they falsely claimed the hotel was fully booked (despite availability online). After much back and forth, they finally replaced the fridge. The staff member handling it was unapologetic and even stopped mid-task to take a loud phone call. Another issue arose with food delivery. We called ahead to confirm concierge would bring it up. They said yes, so we ordered. We fell asleep waiting and later saw a message from 30 minutes prior that it had arrived, but no one brought it up. Only after calling did they send it, making us wait another 10 minutes. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating stays I’ve had. I had high expectations, but with new management, service seems to be declining. Hoping they improve before it gets worse.

I absolutely loved my experience at this hotel—it looked even better than the photos! The staff were incredibly friendly, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The spacious room with an epic panoramic sea view was a highlight, and my son loved it so much he didn’t want to leave. The hotel offers fantastic amenities, including free access to a laundry machine, entertainment area, and a well-equipped gym on the 5th floor. The neighborhood is vibrant, with a variety of food options nearby—definitely worth exploring! Thank you for an unforgettable stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Our stay in one-eight-one is absolutely great. The staff is nice and helpful, check-in/out was smooth. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable, with a spectacular sea view. Would definitely stay here again.

滿意執房同事阿珊, 每次物品都很齊備, 還會記得我每個要求, 很有經驗也很用心. 前台ZOE及高個子經理(?)安排很貼心, 服務也很到位, 所以續訂了房間兩次, 住了差不多1個月也很滿意! The Praya餐點選擇不多, 3點後沒有room service, 感覺很不方便, 有待改善! 海景套房要25樓景觀才像樣, 希望下次能安排得到!
