Beautiful hotel and comfortable room... but staff sercice needs to improve. I arrived (heavily pregnant) and nobody offered to help me to the lift and they were not busy. Next morning (we needed to depart early) were handed back our car key but then had to search for our car... which isnt really valet parking. But overall a good stay and we would consider returning.

Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance when I stayed.

Will definitely rebook again

One of the best in town for staycation!

The view of the ocean facing room is so spectacular. The surrounding of the hotel also very beautiful. Room is spacious and clean, shower very good. The shuttle bus runs every half an hour from/to the Ocean Park station, it's ok if you don't need to travel to the other part of the city very often. Dinner and breakfast buffet not really worth paying full price, haven't tried the other dinning options.

Stunningly beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and impeccable service. Food and transportation are somewhat of an issue though. Food in all outlets is shockingly expensive (those familiar with Singapore and know the dishes would faint when comparing with Singapore prices...). Shuttle bus is great but only goes to Ocean Park and not regularly to the nearby shopping centre (The Southside). Taxi drivers frown if you try to get a cab to/from the mall.

We recently stayed at Fullerton for a local staycation with our 6-month-old baby. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel also provided all the baby essentials we needed, including a bath basin, bottle sterilizer, and a crib. The crib was a soft net model, which felt very safe and comfortable for our little one. We opted for room service from the Satay Inn, and the food was delicious. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning sea views, one of few places in Hong Kong where you can enjoy such scenery. The facilities are well-maintained and kid-friendly as well. Overall this resort is perfect for families with young children. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The condition was good and clean

Getting there is not difficult given the shuttle bus. In general, the service is okay and you can’t fault the view! The only downside was that we were given a room that was a connecting room to next door. This meant that we could hear some noise from next door (a child saying “papa” in Cantonese and some noise from moving around the chair?). It wasn’t disruptive but did make us a bit self conscious and mindful if we were making noise. We slept really well though and the view from the room in the morning was well worth it.

It's definitely Amazing to be able to come back to a home away from home. So comfortable and luxurious,especially the hotel surroundings is spectacular and peaceful. Their buffet breakfast impressed me so much on the variety and great services. All the staff in the hotel especially front desks helped me the most and much appreciated. Its really shows the consideration they have put in toake sure all guest feel like being home

Seaview was superb. A kids friendly place.

A good place for family fun with kids and gathering.

The hotel can provide their guests with incredible sea view, high quality facilities, good variety of dining options, etc. All these can give the guests with highly leisure, relaxing and peaceful stay for sure. I highly recommend it.

Excellent room and property

Its an amazing resort hotel especially the pool and room neatness. Service is exceptional and the quality is clearly first class. Buffet can definitely match any Marriott hotel and not to mention the 2 other chinese restaurants delicious dishes. Front desk was so attending and make sure my staybis unforgivable. Shuttle to the local market and Ocean park was considerate and useful. Fresh air and smiles are all free. I would recommend any visitor to Hong Kong to try this hotel to enjoy the comfort of the facilities. 5 stars
