Very nice staff and tasty breakfast with a good selection of food. The room was nice and functional. The area is very nice, near to the Victoria harbour, the promenade and not far from the metro.

Remodeled room is nice. Very small rooms but this is standard on the island. Hotel food is average at best. Great location for trade show at Convention center. Easy walk to Wan Chi area.

Convenient to reach places desired.

Rooms are small but modern, functional and comfortable. The location is very good to explore Hong-Kong. The hotel says 4* but it's more like 3*, no water in the room, no amenities. They would not even lend you a 5 HDK socket adapter. Basically no service that you'd expect from better hotel.

Staff attitude was not great when asking for help

An older room with natural wear and tear but very comfortable. Room serviced daily. Polite staff. Very help. Very reasonable room rates for HK Island. Will gladly stay here again.

Great location, walkable harbor view

Good location for Happy Valley races. Close to station, tramway and walking options. Great local Asian and western food outlets. Cheap options to eat and happy hour was good value.

All good , especially when you attend the Fair.

The location is convenient though you need a taxi to get to HK's public transport. Next to Convention Center is convenient for that venue. Views of the harbour!

A wonderful stay @Harbour View with free upgrade to the sea view compliment made our holiday successful. A stunning large glass wall dedicated for Kowloon view, comfortable bed, TV with foreign channel, a kettle for quick cuppa and refilled tea/coffee was above satisfactory. There are many Pubs and restaurants around and in a walking distant.The airport shuttle, tram, ferries are all in short distances. One of the improvement must be better suited to upgrade the shower area which may require simple cleanliness.

The view is great. Location is convenient. Breakfast is good enough. Room is small though. No bottle water provided.
