酒店員工態度非常親切有禮，酒店整體環境很好，乾淨企理，房間很大，裝修時尚，住得很舒服。美中不足入住時發現厠所板上有污糟，職員很快來消毒清理了，清潔方面應該可以做得更好。晚上點了酒店的Room Service, 點了4份3 courses 的set dinner,不便宜，可惜味道強差人意，湯還是涼的，最後唯有以杯面解決。

This is the first time to have a staycation with my dog, Marble. We have a pleasant stay in The Murray.
The service was excellent as all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Lester Lee, a front desk staff for his arrangement. We have been upgraded to Signature Suite. The room is fantastic! It was spacious and well equipped. Our room was facing the most iconic spot of Hong Kong Park, Aviary and Vantage Point. I love the cloakroom but the bathroom is my favourite. The bathtub is huge and I could bath with my dog.
The Murray is a animal friendly hotel. Pets are allowed in most of the place in the hotel. Pet amenities were prepared in the room, which included a dog bed, toiletries, water and dog foods. We enjoyed the breakfast at the outdoor area in The Tai Pan.
Highly recommend for anyone who wants to have an unforgettable experience with your pet! I will definitely revisit The Murray again!

半夜衣帽間的燈自己著亮，半夜抽水馬桶自己工作，就有點嚇人。房間不隔音，聽到外面走廊人來人往。早餐選擇不多，食物一般。

All is good except it’s really not very clean…stain on the couch, on the tv cabinet, on the coffee cup, even on spoon and bowl of my in room dinner…I;m talking about very obvious stain….also dust balls on the carpet…it’s perhaps the dirtiest for any 5 stars I have stayed…

I would say it was a disappointing stay at THE MURRAY.
Not too bad, but overall it's not up to 5* hotel level. It seems to be 4 stars to me.
pros:
-breakfast was fair compared to THE UPPER HOUSE (referring to selection).
-lovely interior design, the room is spacious.
-the bathtub is big enough for 2 people
-big TV
cons:
-pillows are too soft = HELLO TO NECK PAIN
-there's always a long queue for check-in/out (but I can see they are trying their best to improve) ...however I have no clue why when I expressed to the staff that I need someone's help to carry one of my big bags to the room but ended up no one helped and I've done it by myself????
-complimentary bottle of water is a mainland China brand..no offense but I think at least I would prefer a bottle of BONAQUA or even VITA...

Website mentioned the bathtub is one of the facilities in the room but end up depending on the room booking, I upgraded the room becoz of the bathtub. It was one of the disappointments.
Also, the stay was for my boyfriend birthday celebration, but the hotel totally forgot about the birthday special dessert until I remind the staff. This is truly not professional.
Corridor is too dark and long and can hear noise at night.

房間檯櫈較細，亦沒有工作枱，浴、廁分格較好，但全部浴廁掩門沒有止口全漏光。 頂層餐廳只係一般，沒有特別，味道一般，制作亦普通，服務態度差，不是高檔，餐檯/櫈亦太矮吾舒服；早餐是在 ball room , 好似密室，不舒適！
