Our stay at the Park Lane Hotel HK from April 9 to 13 exceeded all expectations. The level of service was exceptional, especially from Florence Li at the front desk, who ensured the check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient. Our room, which faced Victoria Park, was excellent, and the housekeeping staff on our floor were not only friendly but also attentive to our needs. The hotel's central location offers unbeatable access to shopping and transportation. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

It was a very good location where is surrounded by so many malls, shops, restaurants. Various choices are available. The location is central in HK so it is an extremely convenient to travel to other areas in HK. Highly recommended.

Pro - Good location, decent size room, clean and quiet.
Con - Room misrepresented, not what I expected. Room type overpriced. No spared toilet paper in bathroom. No free filtered water. Coffee machine broken.
