This "hotel" is located in the Chung King Mansion off Nathan Road in Kowloon, with all the other hotels in this area. At the time I booked the double room in June 2018, the photos in the pictures showed a safe, mini-refrigerator, cups, and toiletries. My room DID NOT have any of these items, nor bottled water, none of the rooms did. The room description does not say we get these items, but the pictures showed them. When I asked the guy at reception, he tells me that those were the wrong pictures. Sounds like bait-and-switch to me. There is a free public water cooler jug, refrigerator and freezer, and microwave in the hallway for public use. The main desk is on the top 16th floor under the name Ashoka Hostel, and they run several hotels and hostels in the building.
PROS: Good location, Wifi ok but can be intermittent, good AC plus a fan, hot water shower, close to MTR, plenty of restaurants, nightlife, and attractions nearby, clean rooms.
CONS: Loud construction starting at 9am each morning will wake you up, very small room with no space for luggage, very hard pillows and mattress, TV does not work, no free toiletries or other items mentioned above, $100 HKD deposit. Lots of Indians, Middle Easters, and Africans will congregate in front and harass you as they try to sell you their own hotel room, watches, porn, or other crap.
